الگوی تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان در کشف جرائم خشن

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تاثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در گرایش به ارتکاب جرائم خشن، یکی از راهبردهای موثر در مقابله با مجرمان و کشف جرائم خشن، شناخت و تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان می‌باشد؛ ازاین‌رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان در کشف جرائم خشن است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده آمیخته (کیفی - کمّی) است. در بخش کیفی، از مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان روان شناسی و جرم‌شناسی مرتبط با موضوع، به‌صورت هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی نیز جامعۀ آماری شامل نخبگان و کنشگران عرصۀ کشف جرائم خشن به تعداد 81 نفر است که به‌صورت تمام شمار، انتخاب و پرسش نامه بین آن‌ها توزیع شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و در بخش کمّی نیز از آزمون های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری و لیزرل استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل یافته‌های بخش کیفی نشان داد، الگوی شناسایی‌شده شامل چهار بُعد برون‌گرایی با سه مولفه، ناسازگاری با دو مولفه، روان رنجوری با سه مولفه و روان‌پریشی­خویی با چهار مولفه است. یافته‌های کمّی نیز نشان داد که بُعد ناسازگاری با بیشترین میزان، موثرترین بُعد اثرگذار در شخصیت جنایی مجرمان خشن است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تاثیرگذاری ابعاد و مولفه‌های شناسایی‌شده بر شخصیت جنایی مجرمان در ارتکاب جرائم خشن، توجه و تمرکز بر ابعاد و ویژگی‌های شخصیت جنایی مجرمان در برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای پیشگیرانه و اقدامات عملیاتی کشف جرائم خشن مورد تاکید است.

a model for criminal profiling in the detection of violent crimes

background and aim: considering the effect of personality traits on the tendency to commit violent crimes, one of the effective strategies in dealing with criminals and discovering violent crimes is to recognize and analyze the criminal personality of criminals; therefore, the aim of the current research is to present a model of criminal personality analysis of criminals in the detection of violent crimes.method: the current research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitativequantitative) in terms of data type. in the qualitative part, a semistructured interview with 17 psychology and criminology experts related to the subject was used purposefully until theoretical saturation was reached. in the quantitative part, the statistical community includes elites and activists in the field of violent crime detection in the number of 81 people, who were selected and questionnaires were distributed among them. to analyze the data in the qualitative part, the qualitative content analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equations and lisrel tests were used.results: the analysis of the findings of the qualitative section showed that the identified pattern includes four dimensions of extroversion with three components, incompatibility with two components, neuroticism with three components and psychoticism with four components. quantitative findings also showed that the inconsistency dimension with the highest amount is the most effective dimension affecting the criminal personality of violent criminals.conclusion: considering the impact of the identified dimensions and components on the criminal personality of criminals in committing violent crimes, attention and focus on the dimensions and characteristics of the criminal personality of criminals in preventive intervention programs and operational measures to detect violent crimes is emphasized.
