پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شغلی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبتنی بر آیات و روایات

زمینه و هدف: در کاهش آسیب‌های شغلی، پیشگیری بر درمان مقدم بوده و با از بین بردن شرایط و انگیزه‌ها قابل‌مهار است. با درک این مهم، هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شغلی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی ج.ا.ا بر مبنای آیات و روایات می­باشد.روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوۀ اجرا، کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون است. جامعۀ آماری ‌ مشتمل بر قرآن کریم، تفاسیر و کتاب‌های معتبر روایی است. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود، و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش «تحلیل مضمون» استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: عوامل موثر بر پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شغلی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی ج.ا.ا مبتنی بر آیات قرآن کریم شامل 22 مضمون در ذیل مضامین اصلی انذار و تبشیر و از منظر روایات شامل 42 مضمون در ذیل ابعاد اعتقادی، معرفتی، رفتاری و نظارتی (خودنظارتی و دیگر نظارتی) است.نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل شناسایی شده موثر بر پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شغلی کارکنان از منظر آموزه‌های قرآن کریم و روایات معصومان (ع)، مجموعاً مشتمل بر 64 مورد بود. این مولفه‌ها به دلیل دربرداشتن مبانی نظری قوی اعتقادی و شناخت از ابعاد وجودی انسان و توجه ویژه به نوع آسیب‌های روحی روانی انسان و راه‌های پیشگیری و درمان اصولی، در صورت کاربست صحیح و نهادینه شدن در نهاد افراد می‌تواند به کاهش آسیب‌های شغلی کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی ج.ا.ا منجر شود و راهگشای سازمان در مواجهه با چالش‌ها و معضل‌های ماموریتی پیش‌رو در این زمینه باشد.

background and aim: in reducing occupational damages, prevention comes before treatment and can be prevented by eliminating conditions and motivations. with the understanding of this importance, the main goal of the current research is to identify the effective factors in preventing the occupational injuries of the employees of the iran police command based on verses and narrations.method: the current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative based on thematic analysis. the statistical community includes the holy quran, commentaries and authentic narrative books. the sampling method was purposive, and the thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.results: factors effective on the prevention of occupational injuries of employees of the police command of based on the verses of the holy quran, including 22 themes under the main themes of warning and tidings, and from the perspective of traditions, including 42 themes under the dimensions of belief, knowledge, behavior and supervision. selfmonitoring and other monitoring.conclusion: the identified factors effective in preventing occupational damages of employees from the perspective of the teachings of the holy quran and the traditions of the innocents imams, included a total of 64 cases. these components, due to the inclusion of strong theoretical bases of belief and knowledge of the dimensions of human existence and special attention to the type of mentalpsychological injuries of humans and the ways of prevention and treatment, if applied correctly and institutionalized in the organization of individuals, can reduce the occupational injuries of command staff. to lead law enforcement and to be the pioneer of the organization in facing the challenges and problems of the leading mission in this field.
