الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی فرماندهان در تعامل اثربخش با سربازان وظیفه

زمینه و هدف: ارتباطات مبنای تمام زمینه‌های زندگی ازجمله فعالیت‌های آموزشی است؛ بنابراین رابطۀ متقابل و پیچیده‌ای بین ارتباطات و آموزش وجود دارد. از این رو برخورداری فرماندهان نیروهای مسلح از مهارت‌های ارتباطی، می‌تواند نقش قابل‌توجهی در بهبود آموزش‌ها داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی فرماندهان صف برای تعامل موثر با سربازان در حال آموزش است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوۀ اجرا، کیفی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را فرماندهان صف و مدیران مراکز آموزش عمومی ناجا و سربازان این مراکز تشکیل داده‌اند و به‌طور هدفمند، نمونه 17 نفری با مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با تکنیک تحلیل مضمونی، بررسی و الگوی پژوهش طراحی شده است. پایایی پژوهش با روش توافق درون موضوعی (توافق 83.25 درصدی) تایید و اعتبار پژوهش در همۀ مراحل قابل دفاع است.یافته‌ها: پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی فرماندهان صف، 12 قابلیت «احترام و تکریم افراد، وضعیت ظاهری، شخصیت، تجربه، تخصص، هوش هیجانی، وقت گذاشتن، عدالت، حمایت‌گری، قدرشناسی، درک تفاوت‌های فردی و در نظر داشتن شرایط هر موقعیت» را در برمی‌گیرد.نتیجه گیری: قابلیت‌های فرماندهان، در چهار بُعد «نگرش، صفات، رفتارها و اقتضائات»، الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی فرماندهان صف مراکز تربیت و آموزش عمومی ناجا را تشکیل می‌دهند. این ابعاد می‌توانند مبنای برنامه‌ریزی‌های منابع انسانی برای گزینش و آموزش فرماندهان صف قرار گیرد.

Designing a model for commanders’ communication skills to interact effectively with soldiers

Background and Purpose: Communication is the basis of all walks of life, including educational activities, and therefore there is a complex interrelationship between communication and education. There is no doubt that commanders’ communication skills can play a significant role in improving training. The purpose of this study is to design a model of communication skills of commanders of NAJA military training centers.Methodology: Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study consists of line commanders and managers of NAJA public training centers and soldiers of these centers. Sampling was performed by snowball method and purposefully and a sample of 17 people were interviewed through semistructured interviews. With this number of interviews, theoretical saturation was achieved. The data were designed using the theme analysis technique, review and research model. The reliability of the research was confirmed by the method of intrasubject agreement (83.25% agreement) and the validity of the research is defensible at all stages.Finding: Results: The study showed that the communication skills model of line commanders includes 12 capabilities. These qualities include: respecting and honoring people, taking care of appearance and discipline, personality, having experience, having expertise, emotional intelligence, taking time, observing justice, support, appreciation, understanding individual differences, and finally, considering circumstances. Any situation.Conclusion: Results: Commanders’ abilities, in four dimensions of attitude, traits, behaviors and requirements, form the model of communication skills of commanders in the ranks of NAJA general training centers. Therefore, with special attention to these capabilities, in selecting commanders and also, paying attention to the development of these capabilities in their training, their interaction with soldiers can be significantly improved. As a result, more effective training is provided.
