الگوی ارزشیابی اجرای رزمایش مشترک انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی بخش نهایی تقریباً همه سیستم های توسعه آموزشی است.  زیرا تکنیک ها و روش های تعیین اثربخشی و راه های بهبود مداخلات آموزشی را فراهم می آورد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی ارزشیابی اجرای رزمایش مشترک انتظامی است که متناسب با ویژگی‌ها و فرهنگ بومی نظام تربیت و آموزش دانشگاه علوم انتظامی باشد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت آمیخته (کیفی کمی) است که جامعة مشارکت‌کنندگان آن کلیه خبرگاناساتید، فرماندهان، مدیران ودست اندرکاران طراحی و اجرای رزمایش‌های دانشگاه علوم انتظامی و کارشناسان معاونت عملیات ناجا و فاتب بودند. در بخش کیفی 6 نفر  به صورت هدفمند در قالب گروه کانونی  و در بخش کمی 75 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص های مدل با گروه کانونی مصاحبه شد و برای تایید الگوی استخراج شده ، از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم افزار pls  استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مصاحبه با خبرگان و بررسی متون و تحلیل داده‌ها، نتایج نشان داد که مدل نهایی رزمایش دارای 3بعد: قبل، حین و بعد از اجرای رزمایش و 6 مولفه: طراحی، هماهنگی، اجرا، تحقق اهداف و جمع بندی و 20 شاخص است.نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد این الگو کاربردی بوده و قابلیت سنجش، پایش تمام عناصر موثر در مراحل قبل، حین و بعد از اجرای رزمایش مشترک انتظامی را دارد.

Evaluation Model of Conducting Police Joint Exercises

Background and Aim: Evaluation is the final part of almost all educational development systems. Because it provides techniques and methods for determining effectiveness and ways to improve educational interventions. The purpose of this study is to design an evaluation model for the implementation of joint police exercises that is appropriate to the characteristics and local culture of the education system of Amin Police University.Method: The present study is mixed in nature (qualitativequantitative) in which the participants were all experts, professors, commanders, managers and those involved in the design and implementation of exercises of Amin Police University and experts of the NAJA and Tehran Police. In the qualitative section, 6 people were purposefully selected in the focus group and in the quantitative section, 75 people were randomly selected. To identify the dimensions, components and indicators of the model, the focus group was interviewed and to confirm the extracted model, the confirmatory factor analysis method was used in PLS software.Results: Based on interviews with experts and review of texts and data analysis, the results showed that the final model of the exercise has 3 dimensions: before, during and after the exercise and 6 components: design, coordination, implementation, achievement of goals and summary and 20 indicators.Conclusion: The findings of this study show that this model is practical and has the ability to measure, monitor all the effective elements in the stages before, during and after the implementation of joint police exercises.
