مدل مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر سیره فرماندهان دفاع مقدس (مورد مطالعه: شهید حسین خرازی)

زمینه و هدف: یکی از غنی‌ترین مفاهیم و الگوهای مدیریتی مطرح در راستای تمدن اسلامی، سبک مدیریت جهادی است. همان‌گونه که در دوران دفاع مقدس حماسه‌های بی‌نظیر و ماندگار دیده شد و مقام معظم رهبری، بارها از آن به‌عنوان الگوی مدیریت کارآمد و راهگشا برای مشکلات کشور نام برده‌اند، در شرایط کنونی و برای مقابله با تحریم‌ها و تحقق گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی می‌توان از این الگو استفاده کرد. این پژوهش به‌دنبال شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر سیره فرمانده شهید دفاع مقدس، سردار حسین خرازی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر فلسفه پژوهش، پژوهشی تفسیری و به لحاظ هدف، پژوهشی اکتشافی است؛ راهبرد پژوهش، کیفی بوده و از روش تحلیل مضمون بهره می‌برد. منابع پژوهش نیز گردآوری داده‌های مربوط به مصاحبه‌های هم‌رزمان شهید و منابع مکتوب از جمله کتب، مقالات و اسناد موجود در ارتباط با مدیریت جهادی و سیره فرماندهان است. یافته‌ها: با بررسی و تحلیل داده‌ها، مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر به‌دست آمد. در ویژگی‌های مدیریتی، مولفه‌های برنامه‌ریزی (مانند نگرش آرمانی در هدف‌گذاری)، سازماندهی (مانند عزم راسخ در اجرای برنامه)، هماهنگی (مانند حضور مداوم در میدان عمل) و کنترل (مانند تفویض اختیار به دیگران) شناسایی شد. در ویژگی‌های رهبری، مولفه‌های انگیزش، رشد و تربیت و مقبولیت و محبوبیت و در ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، مولفه‌های خودمدیریتی، حسن خلق و بینش و بصیرت حاصل شد. در انتها، شبکه مضامین از طریق نرم‌افزار «آی مایند مپ» ترسیم شد. نتایج: مدل پیشنهادی نهایی، سبک مدیریت جهادی شهید خرازی را براساس سه شاخص ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، ویژگی‌های مدیریتی و ویژگی‌های رهبری ارائه می‌کند که با استفاده از آن، می‌توان گام مهمی در مسیر طراحی الگوهای بومی و تحقق تمدن اسلامی برداشت.

Jihadi Management Model Based on the Ethics of Holy Defense Commanders(Case study: Martyr Hossein Kharazi)

Background and Aim: One of the richest concepts and management models in the direction of Islamic civilization is jihadi management style. As unique and enduring epics were seen during the holy defense and the Supreme Leader has repeatedly referred to it as a model of efficient management and a solution to the country’s problems, in the current situation and to counter sanctions and the second step of the Islamic Revolution can be used from this model. This study seeks to identify and explain the dimensions of jihadi management based on the biography of the commander of the holy defense martyr, Sardar Hossein Kharazi.Method: The present research is interpretive research in terms of research philosophy and exploratory research in terms of purpose; the research strategy is qualitative and uses the method of content analysis. Research sources also collect data related to interviews with fellow martyrs and written sources, including books, articles and documents related to jihadi management and the lives of commanders.Results: By examining and analyzing the data, basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were obtained. In managerial characteristics, components of planning (such as idealistic attitude in goal setting), organization (such as firm determination in program execution), coordination (such as constant presence in the field of action) and control (such as delegating authority to others) were identified. In the characteristics of leadership, the components of motivation, growth and education, acceptance and popularity, and in the characteristics of personality, the components of selfmanagement, good mood, insight and insight were obtained. Finally, the theme network was mapped using iMindMap software.Conclusions: The final proposed model presents the jihadi management style of Shahid Kharazi based on three indicators of personality traits, managerial characteristics and leadership characteristics, which can be used to take an important step in designing indigenous models and the realization of Islamic civilization.
