نظام جرم‌یابی پلیس با رویکرد اطلاعات‌محور

زمینه و هدف: ورود به جامعه اطلاعاتی در دهه‌های اخیر و ارتکاب جرایم سازمان‌یافته توسط مجرمان حرفه‌ای و تغییر اساسی محیط مجرمانه‏، پلیس را متوجه رویکردهای نوین پلیسی و به‌ویژه رویکرد اطلاعات‌محوری کرده است؛ بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی نظام جرم‌یابی پلیس با رویکرد اطلاعات‌محور است.. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی توسعه‌ای است که به روش ترکیبی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی 30 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه جرم‌یابی کشور بودند که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی، 455 نفر از کارشناسان و کارآگاهان پلیس بودند که براساس رابطه کوکران، حجم نمونه 208 نفر تعیین شد. ابزارگرد آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است و برای تنظیم مدل نظری از روش اسنادی و مصاحبه کانونی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که نظام جرم‌یابی پلیس با رویکرد اطلاعات‌محور با چهار بعد قانون (با ضریب اهمیت %90)، بعد مدیریت (با ضریب اهمیت 95%)، بعد علمی آزمایشگاهی (با ضریب اهمیت 95%) و بعد تحقیقاتی (با ضریب اهمیت 91%) و چهارده مولفه تابعه است که در مجموع رابطه معناداری آنها با ضریب بالایی اثبات شد. نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهنده هم‌راستایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها وشاخص‌های نظام جرم‌یابی اطلاعات‌محور و رابطه معناداری آنها در سطح بالا است.

Police Crime Detection System with an Intelligence-based approach

Background and Aim: The entry into the information society in recent decades and the commission of organized crime by professional criminals and the fundamental change in the criminal environment have made the police aware of new police approaches, especially the informationoriented approach; Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design a police crime detection system with an informationbased approach. Method: The present study is an applieddevelopmental study that was conducted by a mixed method approach. The statistical population of the study was 30 qualitative experts and experts in the field of crime in the country who were purposefully selected and in the quantitative part were 455 police experts and detectives who based on Cochran’s relationship, the sample size was 208 people. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire and documentary method and focal interview were used to set the theoretical model. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that the police criminalization system with an informationbased approach with four dimensions of law (with a significance coefficient of 90%), management dimension (with a significance coefficient of 95%), scientificlaboratory dimension (with a significance coefficient of 95%) and research dimension (with The coefficient of significance is 91%) and fourteen dependent components, which in total proved their significant relationship with a high coefficient. Conclusions: The results of the study show the alignment of dimensions, components and characteristics of informationbased criminalization system and their significant relationship at a high level.
