تاثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر تحقق رویکرد جامعه‌محوری پلیس با نقش میانجی فرهنگ و ارزش‌های اخلاقی در محیط کار

زمینه و هدف: پیچیده‌ شدن جرایم از یک سو و تبدیل جوامع مکانیکی به ارگانیکی از سوی دیگر، ضرورت رویکرد های مشارکت‌ جویی و ایجابی را به ویژه در مسائل مهم همچون نظم و امنیت چند برابر کرده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر‌ رهبری تحول‌ آفرین بر تحقق رویکرد جامعه‌ محوری پلیس با نقش میانجی فرهنگ و ارزش‌ های اخلاقی در محیط کار است. روش: این پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را 600 نفر از مسئولان اجرایی پلیس پیشگیری تهران بزرگ تشکیل می‌ دهند که از این تعداد ، 234 نفر به‌ عنوان نمونه آماری به‌ صورت طیقه‌ ای و تصادفی ساده، انتخاب شدند. داده‌ ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد رهبری تحول‌ آفرین و پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ ساخته‌ رویکرد جامعه‌ محور پلیس و فرهنگ و ارزش‌ های اخلاقی، جمع‌آوری شد. به‌ منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ال اس، استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که 0.59 درصد از تغییرات تحقق پلیس جامعه‌محور و همچنین 0.483 از تغییرات فرهنگ و ارزش اخلاقی توسط رهبری تحول‌آفرین پیش‌بینی می‌شود. تاثیر فرهنگ و ارزش‌های اخلاقی نیز بر تحقق پلیس جامعه‌محور معادل 0.291 مثبت و معنی‌دار است و همچنین تاثیر غیرمستقیم رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر تحقق پلیس جامعه‌محور به میزان 14 درصد تبیین شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی است، با تقویت شاخص‌ های رهبری تحول‌آفرین و فرهنگ و ارزش‌های اخلاقی در سازمان پلیس می‌توان زمینه‌سازی و شتاب بیشتری بر تحقق رویکرد جامعه‌محوری پلیس داد.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Realization of Community Policing Approach to with the Mediating role of Culture and Ethical Values in Workplace

Background and Aim: The complexity of crime on the one hand and the transformation of mechanical societies into organic on the other, has multiplied the need for participatory and positive approaches, especially in important issues such as order and security. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the realization of a communityoriented police approach with the mediating role of culture and moral values ​​in the workplace.Method: This is an applied research and its method is descriptiveanalytical and correlational study. The statistical population of the present study consists of 600 executives of the Greater Tehran Preventive Police, of which 234 were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a standardized Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and a researchermade questionnaire based on a communitycentered approach to policing and culture and ethical values. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software were used.Results: The research findings show that 0.59% of the changes in the realization of communitybased police and also 0.483% of the changes in culture and moral value are predicted by the transformational leadership. The effect of culture and moral values ​​on the realization of communitybased police is equal to 0.291 positive and significant and also the indirect effect of transformational leadership on the realization of communitybased police was explained by 14%.Conclusions: The results indicate that by strengthening the indicators of transformational leadership and culture and moral values ​​in the police organization, it is possible to lay the groundwork and accelerate the realization of a communityoriented approach to policing.
