الگوی شایستگی‌های کلیدی «فرمانده انقلابی» براساس دیدگاه رهبران انقلاب اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به الگوی شایستگی‌‌های کلیدی فرمانده انقلابی در سازمان‌های نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به بیانات و مکاتبات رهبران انقلاب اسلامی ایران (حضرت امام خمینی (ره) و حضرت امام خامنه‌ای) انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی است. منابع پژوهش، بیست و دو جلد صحیفه امام خمینی (ره) به‌عنوان سند رسمی سخنرانی‌های امام خمینی(ره)و مطالب پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی دفتر حفظ و نشر آثار آیت‌الله العظمی خامنه‌ای، به‌عنوان جامع‌‌ترین منبع رسمی سخنرانی‌های ایشان است. برای دستیابی به الگوی یادشده از فن تحلیل مضمون در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش استفاده شد. پس از جستجو و دستیابی به بیانات و مکاتبات مرتبط و مطالعه آن‌ها، کدگذاری باز در منابع پژوهش انجام شد. داده‌های جمع‌‌آوری شده با استفاده از فن تحلیل مضمون و استفاده از امکانات نرم‌افزار اطلس تی. آی، نسخه 8 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: پس از حذف مطالب تکراری، ادغام، جمع‌بندی و دسته‌بندی کدها، 65 مضمون پایه، 20 مضمون محوری و 5 مضمون فراگیر، از 1450 کد اولیه استخراج شد. درنهایت، پنج مولفه‌ اساسی به‌عنوان مضامین فراگیر پژوهش شناسایی و شبکه مضامین و الگوی شایستگی طراحی و ترسیم شد. نتایج: این پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه امامین انقلاب اسلامی، فرماندهان انقلابی لازم است در پنج مولفه، برجسته و ممتاز باشند: دین‌داری، مردمی بودن، عقلانیت و درایت، قدرت روح و بزرگی روح.

The Model of Key Competencies of the Revolutionary Commander Based on the Views of the Leaders of the Islamic Revolution of Iran

Background and Aim: This study was conducted with the aim of achieving a model of key competencies of the revolutionary commander in the military organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran according to the statements and correspondence of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution of Iran (Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei).Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Research sources consisted of Twentytwo volumes of Imam Khomeini’s Sahifa as the official document of Imam Khomeini’s speeches and the contents of the information base of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei are the most comprehensive official sources of his speeches. To achieve the mentioned model, content analysis technique was used in the analysis of research data. After searching and accessing the relevant statements and correspondences and studying them, open coding was performed in the research sources. Data collected using thematic analysis technique and using the features of Atlas T software. IP, version 8 was analyzed.Results: After removing duplicate content, merging, summarizing and categorizing the codes, 65 basic themes, 20 central themes and 5 general themes were extracted from 1450 primary codes. Finally, five basic components were identified as the overarching themes of the research and a network of themes and a competency model were designed and mapped.Conclusion: This study showed that from the perspective of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution, revolutionary commanders need to be prominent and privileged in five components: religiosity, popularity, rationality and wisdom, the power of the soul and the greatness of the soul.
