عوامل ارتباطی موثر بر کنترل امنیت گردشگران خارجی در ایران

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل اثرگذار در توسعه گردشگری و تامین امنیت گردشگران، وجود ارتباطات نظام‌مند و بهینه میان سازمان‌های دخیل در گردشگری است، به‌گونه‌ای که این ارتباط به تسهیل امر گردشگری یاری رساند. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر عوامل ارتباطی (ارتباطات رسمی و غیررسمی و کانال‌های ارتباطی) موثر بر امنیت گردشگران خارجی در سال 1395 انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری، کارکنان پلیس مهاجرت و گذرنامه و سازمان میراث فرهنگی و صنایع دستی و گردشگری هستند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از رابطه کوکران 140 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب و در ادامه تصادفی ساده است. به‌منظور سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه به‌روش صوری (استفاده از نظرات 15 تن از خبرگان) و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 0.86 به‌دست آمد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل در بخش توصیفی از میانگین و در بخش تحلیلی از همبستگی، رگرسیون و فریدمن استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که کانال‌های ارتباطی، ارتباطات رسمی، ارتباطات غیررسمی، ارتباطات بین سازمانی و کاهش تخلفات و جرائم غیرامنیتی، بر کنترل امنیت اثرگذاری معنادار و مثبتی دارند. ارتباطات‌ رسمی بر کنترل امنیت اثرگذاری معناداری داشته است. ارتباطات غیررسمی دو سازمان پلیس و گردشگری بر کنترل امنیت اثر مستقیمی دارد. کاهش تخلفات و جرایم غیرامنیتی بر کنترل امنیت اثر معنادار و مستقیمی دارد، چنانکه با کاهش هرچه بیشتر تخلفات و جرایم غیرامنیتی، کنترل امنیت گردشگران خارجی تا حدود 42 درصد فزونی می یابد. نتایج: نتایج حاصل از آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که ارتباطات رسمی با رتبه میانگین 4.6 در رتبه اول ارجحیت قرار دارد. رتبه دوم به کانال‌های ارتباطی با رتبه میانگین 4.19 و رتبه سوم به ارتباطات غیررسمی با رتبه میانگین 2.67 تعلق دارد.

The role of interorganizational communication of immigration police and passports in controlling the security of foreign tourists

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between interorganizational communication of immigration police and passports with the control of security of foreign tourists in 2016. The research method is descriptiveanalytical. The statistical population consists of immigration and passport police officers and the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula and simple random sampling method. In order to measure the variables used in the research, a researchermade questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained formally (using the opinions of 15 experts) and its reliability was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (which was 0.86). The results showed that communication channels, formal communication, informal communication, interorganizational communication and reduction of nonsecurity violations and crimes have a significant and positive effect on security control. Official communications have had a significant impact on controlling security, so that with the increase in formal communications, the security control of foreign tourists also increases. Informal communication between the two police and tourism organizations had a direct effect on security control. This means that with increasing informal communication, the security control of foreign tourists increases. Interorganizational communication between the Immigration and Passport Police, focusing on the development of the tourism industry, has had a significant and direct effect on security control. Reducing violations and unsafe crimes has had a significant and direct effect on security control, as increasing security violations and crimes increase the security control of foreign tourists by about 42%. This shows how much the presence of the police can play a key role in increasing the security control of foreign tourists.
