نقش فرماندهان صف در نهادینه‌سازی رفتارهای حرفه‌ای پلیسی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: بخشی از رسالت دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین، آموزش رفتارهای حرفه‌ای به دانشجویان پلیس و نهادینه کردن این رفتارها در آنها است. اگرچه عوامل زیادی در امر نهادینه کردن این رفتارها دخیل هستند ولی نقش فرماندهان صف به‌دلیل ارتباط زیاد و تنگاتنگ با دانشجویان بسیار قابل توجه است؛ بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش فرماندهان صف در نهادینه شدن رفتارهای حرفه‌ای پلیسی در دانشجویان پرداخت. روش‌: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی از نوع مطالعه موردی ژرفانگر و با مطالعه الگوی رفتاری 12 نفر از دانشجویان نمونه اجرا شد. با دانشجویانی که به روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی قضاوتی و با نظر فرماندهان صف انتخاب شده بودند، مصاحبه شد و داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار، تحلیل شد. برای بالابردن اعتبار و پایایی پژوهش به استفاده از روش‌های مختلف از جمله تدوین چارچوب نظری و استفاده از منابع متعدد و مرتبط توجه زیادی شد. همچنین امکان دسترسی به مجموعه یادداشت‌ها و مصاحبه‌های ضبط شده برای بررسی دوباره و در صورت لزوم تحلیل مجدد آنها وجود دارد. یافته‌ها: براساس داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، ویژگی‌های فرمانده صف شامل صداقت، سعه صدر، حسن خلق، آراستگی ظاهری، حفظ کرامت و شخصیت دانشجو، عادل بودن، همراهی با دانشجو و عامل بودن مربی به آنچه می گوید، از نظر دانشجویان در نهادینه شدن آنچه می آموزند نقش دارد. نتایج: فرماندهان باید خود عامل به آنچه می‌گویند باشند و قبل از آنکه رفتاری از دانشجویان بخواهند خودشان به آن عمل کنند و همچنین در تمام اموری که خواهان نهادینه شدن آن در دانشجویان هستند همراه آنها باشند، زیرا آنها فرمانده را الگوی خود می دانند.

The role of queue commanders in institutionalizing professional police behaviors in students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences

Background and Aim: Part of the mission of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences is to teach professional behaviors to police students and to institutionalize these behaviors in them. Although many factors are involved in institutionalizing these behaviors, the role of queue commanders is very significant due to the close and close relationship with students. Therefore, the present study examined the role of queue commanders in institutionalizing professional police behaviors in students.Methodology: This research was performed using a qualitative method of indepth case study, which was performed by studying behavioral pattern of 12 people from sample students. Students who were judged by nonprobabilistic sampling method and selected by queue commanders were interviewed, and the results of the interview were analyzed using directional content analysis. To increase the credibility and reliability of the research, great attention was paid to the use of various methods, including great care in formulating the theoretical framework and the use of multiple and related sources. It is also possible to access a collection of recorded notes and interviews for review by critics and, if necessary, reanalyzed by others.Results: From the interviews, 9 indicators were extracted for the commanders of the queue, which include the personal characteristics of the instructor (commander) such as honesty, generosity, good character and appearance, maintaining the dignity and personality of the student, being fair, accompanying the student and being the agent of the instructor. What it says is that students are involved in institutionalizing what they are learning.Conclusion: Commanders must be the agents of what they say and act on it before asking students to do it themselves, as well as all the things they want to institutionalize in students because they see the commander as their role model.Keywords: Institutionalizing Behavior, Professional Behavior, Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences, Student, Police, Line Commander
