الگوی راهبردی توسعه ورزش در نیروی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: افسران پلیس می توانند با افزایش ورزش و فعالیت بدنی، سلامت جسمی، روانی و آمادگی جسمانی خود برای فائق آمدن بر وظایف دشوار را ارتقا دهند. بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام یافته در این حوزه نشان داد که الگویی برای توسعه ورزش طراحی نشده است، بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی الگوی توسعه ورزش در نیروی انتظامی است.روش : روش پژوهش کیفی است و از نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران، اساتید و کارشناسان ورزشی نیروی انتظامی و متخصصان علوم ورزشی بودند؛ روش نمونه گیری به‌صورت گلوله برفی بود که 20 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده های کیفی از کدگذاری نظری استفاده شد و برای تایید روایی و پایایی مصاحبه ها از روش بازآزمون استفاده شد که مقدار آن بیشتر از 60 درصد بود، بنابراین قابلیت اعتماد کدگذاری ها تایید شد.یافته ها: براساس نتایج پژوهش، در بخش علی 6 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد که شامل مولفه نیازها و انتظارات ذینفعان، الزامات قانونی و نظارتی، توسعه مشارکت ورزشی، عوامل ساختاری، نیاز به منابع مالی و زیرساخت ها و نیاز به توسعه ارتباطات است. در بخش زمینه ای نیز 6 مفهوم اصلی و 41 مقوله شناسایی شد؛ همچنین در بخش مداخله گر نیز 6 مفهوم اصلی و 41 مقوله شناسایی شد و در بخش راهبردها 5 مفهوم اصلی که عبارت‌اند از توسعه ساختاری، سیستم‌ها و فرایندها، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، توسعه بازاریابی، توسعه تعامل‌ها و آموزش و فرهنگ سازی و درنهایت در بخش پیامدها، 5 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد که عبارت‌اند از نتایج مرتبط با کارکنان، توسعه مالی و زیرساخت‌ها، نتایج جامعه، توسعه ارتباطات و بهبود عملکرد داخلی.نتایج: براساس نتایج پژوهش، می توان با بکارگیری راهبردهای مناسب ارائه شده در بخش راهبردها و اقدامات، بر شرایط مداخله گر غلبه و به‌ نحو مطلوب از شرایط زمینه ای استفاده کرد تا به پیامدهای یادشده توسط متخصصان دست پیدا کرد.

A Strategic Model for Sport Development in Iranian Police

Background and Aim: Police officers can enhance their physical and mental health and physical fitness by increasing their physical activity to overcome difficult tasks. Investigation of researches in this area showed that there is no model for sport development, so the main purpose of this research is to design sport development model in law enforcement.Method: The research method is qualitative and the grounded theory was used. The statistical population of the study was managers, professors and sports experts of law enforcement and sports science experts. The sampling method was snowball and 20 people were selected as the sample. Theoretical coding was used to analyze the qualitative data and testretest method was used to confirm the validity and reliability of the interviews, which was more than 60%, so the reliability of the coding was confirmed.Results: Based on the results of the research, causality was identified in section 6, which includes stakeholders’ needs and expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, development of sport participation, structural factors, need for financial resources and infrastructure, and need for communication development. In the context section 6 key concepts and 41 categories were identified; also in the intervention section 6 core concepts and 41 categories were identified; in the strategies section 5 key concepts were identified: structural development, systems and processes, infrastructure development, Marketing Development, Interaction Development, and Education and Culture, and finally in the Outcome section, five key themes were identified: staffrelated outcomes, financial and infrastructure development, community outcomes, communication development, and internal performance improvement.Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, using appropriate strategies presented in the strategies and actions section, it is possible to overcome the confounding conditions and optimally use contextual conditions to achieve the aforementioned outcomes by experts.
