راهبردهای ارتقاء سلامت سازمانی در کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی استان قم

زمینه و هدف: سلامت سازمانی در سازمان پلیس که با تمرکز بر کیفیت و کسب رضایت مردم، مسئولیت خدماتی، انتظامی و امنیتی را به‌عهده دارد، یکی از مولفه های مهم پاسخگویی و جلب مشارکت عمومی است که عامل تحقق اهداف و برنامه های سازمانی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهبردهای ارتقاء سلامت سازمانی در کلانتری‌ها و پاسگاه‌های انتظامی استان قم است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردى و از نظر روش، روش ترکیبی متوالی اکتشافی است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌روش اسنادی و میدانی انجام شد. ابتدا در مصاحبه با 21 نفر از نخبگان پلیس، به شیوه گلوله برفی و تا اشباع نظری، فهرستی از ضعف ها، قوت‌ها، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای سلامت سازمانی، باعنوان مفاهیم اولیه و ثانویه به روش تحلیل نظریه زمینه ای با کدگذاری باز، انتخابی و محوری، شناسایی و سپس برای وزن دهی به مفاهیم استخراجی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. جامعه آمارى 150 نفر از فرماندهان و مدیران فرماندهی انتظامی استان قم بود که با استفاده از رابطه کوکران 136 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در نهایت داده ها به روش «اس. دبلیو. اُ. تی» تحلیل شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پلیس برای توسعه و ارتقای سلامت سازمانی از 13 قوت داخلی و 8 فرصت بیرونی برخوردار است و در شرایط فعلی، زمینه مناسبی برای پیاده‌سازی راهبردهای تهاجمی در توسعه سلامت سازمانی وجود دارد. نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پلیس با تمرکز بر نقاط قوت درونی و بهره گیری از فرصت های بیرونی، می تواند بخشی از تهدیدهای بیرونی که در توسعه سلامت سازمانی موثر هستند را کاهش دهد و از طرف دیگر با بازنگری در برنامه های درون سازمانی و رفع نقاط ضعف و آسیب پذیر و استفاده از مزیت‌های نسبی، گام بلندی را در توسعه سلامت سازمانی در سرانگشتان پلیس (کلانتری و پاسگاه‌ها) بردارد و از این طریق بیشترین تاثیر را بر دید مثبت جامعه نسبت به خدمات پلیس داشته باشد.

Strategies for Promoting Organizational Health in Police Stations of Qom Province

Background and aim: Organizational health in the police organization, which focuses on quality and people satisfaction is one of the most important components of police accountability and public participation, which contributes to the achievement of organizational goals and programs. Is an organization. The purpose of this study was to identify organizational health promotion strategies in police stations of Qom province. Methodology: This study was applied which utilized a sequential exploratory mix method. Data collection was done by documentary and field study. First, interview conducted with 21 police elites by use of snowball sampling procedure to theoretical saturation; so a list of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats to organizational health was identified by the use of open coding. A researchermade questionnaire was used to weight the extracted concepts. In quantitative phase, the statistical population consisted of 150 commanders and police commanders of Qom province. 136 were chosen from among them by use of Cochran’s relation. Finally, the data were analyzed using the "S.W.O.T »was analyzed. Findings: The findings of the study showed that the police have 13 internal strengths and 8 external opportunities for development and promotion of organizational health. In the current situation, there is a good basis for implementing aggressive strategies in organizational health development. Conclusion: The results showed that the police, by focusing on internal strengths and taking advantage of external opportunities, can mitigate some of the external threats that are effective in promoting organizational health. On the other hand, by revising the Intraorganizational program it can address weaknesses and vulnerabilities and take advantage of comparative advantages in enhancing organizational health and thus it has the most positive impact on society’s view of police services.
