ارائه الگوی ارتقاء اقتدار ملی بر پایه فرهنگ، اقتصاد و علم با تاکید بر مدیریت جهادی

زمینه و هدف: هر چند در کشور ما نیز نظریات مختلفی در ارتباط با راهبردهای ارتقاء اقتدار ملی وجود دارد، اما در این پژوهش با نگاه نوگرایانه تلاش شد تا فرمایش‌های مقام معظم رهبری در کنار نظر اساتید و متخصصان، مبنای ارائه الگویی موثر در ارتقاء اقتدار ملی قرار گیرد و مدیریت جهادی در ارتباط با سه مفهوم کلیدی فرهنگ، اقتصاد و علم به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین مفاهیم در دستیابی به اقتدار ملی مورد کنکاش و پایش علمی قرار گیرد. روش‌: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، کیفی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه آن شامل نخبگان و صاحب‌نظران در سه حوزه فرهنگی (7 نفر)، اقتصادی (7 نفر) و علمی (6 نفر) است. انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان به روش هدفمند بود و تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها میدانی و ابزار آن مصاحبه و پرسشنامه باز بود که روایی آن به کمک اساتید و صاحب‌نظران در هر سه حوزه تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نظریه‌ داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در تدوین الگوی موثر در ارتقاء اقتدار ملی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری و جامعه خبرگی، پنج عامل برای ارتقاء ابعاد اقتدار ملی در ابعاد سه‌گانه فرهنگی، علمی و اقتصادی بر مبنای مدل پارادایمی معرفی شد. این پنج عامل شامل عوامل علی (ساختار اقتصادی، پیشرفت علمی)، عوامل زمینه ای (عدالت اقتصادی، گفتمان‌سازی انقلاب، سبک زندگی اسلامی ایرانی)، عوامل واسطه ای (مدیریت جهادی، دیپلماسی علمی، کارآمدی نظام ارتباطات)، عوامل راهبردی (اقتصاد درون زا، چرخه ارزش‌‌آفرین علم) و عوامل پیامدی (شکوفایی و توانمندی اقتصادی، مرجعیت علمی و فرهنگی) بودند. نتایج: شکوفایی اقتصادی در سطح کشور و رسیدن به مرجعیت فرهنگی و تمدنی در سطح منطقه و جهان اسلام می‌تواند به وحدت و یکپارچگی دولت ملت کمک کرده و درهم‌تنیدگی سیاست و دیانت می‌تواند به تحقق و بالندگی فرهنگ و تمدن‌سازی اسلامی در سطح منطقه و جهان اسلام کمک کند.

A Model for National Authority Promotion based on Culture, Economics and Science with Emphasis on Jihadist Management

Background and aim: Although there are different theories regarding national authority promotion strategies in our country, the present study attempted to modernize the supreme leadership formations along with professors and experts to provide an effective model of authority promotion. Nationalization and jihadist management in relation to the three key concepts of culture, economics and science as the main concepts in the pursuit of national authority.Method: This study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. The study population consisted of elites and experts in three field: cultural (n=7), economic (n=7) and scientific (n=6). The selection of participants was purposive and continued until theoretical saturation. The data collected via using interview and open questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by professors and experts in all three areas. The data were analyzed using grounded theory.Findings: In formulating an effective model of national authority promotion from the point of view of Supreme Leader and elite Society, five factors were introduced based on paradigmatic model to promote national authority in three dimensions: cultural, scientific and economic. These five factors included causal factors (economic structure, scientific progress), contextual factors (economic justice, revolutionary discourse, IslamicIranian lifestyle), mediating factors (jihadist management, scientific diplomacy, communication system efficiency), strategic factors (endogenous economics, the valuecreating cycle of science) and consequential factors (economic prosperity and empowerment, scientific and cultural authority).Conclusion: Economic prosperity at the country level and achievement of cultural and civilization authority in the region and the Islamic world can contribute to the unity and integration of the statenation; also the intertwining of politics and religion can contribute to the realization and development of Islamic culture and civilization in the region and the Islamic world.
