تبیین سازگاری زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی با ماموریت‌های پلیس

زمینه و هدف: فناوری‌ اطلاعات و ارتباطات با سرعت بخشیدن به فرآیند مبادله و تحلیل اطلاعات به ابزاری برای افزایش بهره‌وری، کارآیی و رشد در جوامع بشری تبدیل ‌شده است و دستیابی آسان به نتایج تجمیع انبوه داده‌های تولیدشده را فراهم کرده است. در این مطالعه هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی سازگاری «زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی» با ماموریت‌های پلیس است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است که به‌روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه افراد عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و نخبگان صاحب نظر ستاد فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی مرتبط با فناوری بود که درمجموع 30 نفر بودند و به‌صورت سرشماری نمونه‌گیری انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته شامل 20 پرسش با طیف لیکرت پنج گزینه‌ای استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 0.923 به‌دست آمد. داده‌ها به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در این مقاله 20 مولفه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که اصلی‌ترین مولفه، «بهره‌مندی پلیس از زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی و تجمیع بانک‌های اطلاعاتی موجود در پلیس (پلیس‌های تخصصی)» بود. نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای حاکی از آن است که «زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی با ماموریت‌های پلیس» سازگاری دارد؛ یعنی در سطح معناداری 0.05 فرضیه اول پژوهش تایید شد. همچنین نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای ‌در سطح معناداری 0.05 فرضیه چهارم پژوهش که «نیاز به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی با سایر سازمان‌های دولتی وجود دارد» را تایید کرد. نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از چهار فرضیه مطرح شده سه فرضیه «سازگاری زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی با ماموریت‌های پلیس»، «نیاز به طبقه‌بندی اطلاعات در پلیس‌های تخصصی» و «نیاز به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات با سایر سازمان‌های دولتی» تایید شد. زیرساخت داده‌های مکانی در ماموریت‌های پلیس می‌تواند با کاهش هزینه و کاهش زمان و افزایش سرعت کشف جرم، باعث ایجاد احساس امنیت و اعتماد مردم نسبت به پلیس شود.

Explaining the Compatibility of Spatial Data Infrastructure with Police Missions

Background and Aim: Information and communication technology (ICT) has become a tool for enhancing productivity, efficiency and growth in human societies by accelerating the process of information exchange and it has provided easy access to the results of mass aggregation of produced data. The study aimed at investigating the compatibility of "spatial data infrastructure" with police missions.Methodology: This is an applied descriptiveanalytical study conducted via survey methodology. The statistical population consisted of faculty members of the Amin Police University and the elite experts of Technology residing at Police Command Headquarter (n=30). A researchermade questionnaire including 20 questions with fivepoint Likert scale was used for data collection. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 0.923 by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential tools.Findings: In this paper, 20 components were examined; the main component were "police utilization of spatial data infrastructure and aggregation of existing databases of police (specialized units)". Oneway ttest results indicated that "spatial data infrastructure is consistent with police missions"; therefore, that the first hypothesis of the study was confirmed at the significant level of 0.05. Also, the results of oneway ttest at the significant level of 0.05 confirmed the fourth research hypothesis that "there is a need to share spatial data infrastructure information with other government agencies".Conclusion: The results showed that three hypotheses of "Spatial Data Infrastructure Compatibility with Police Missions", "Need to Classify Specialized Police Information" and "Need to Share Information with Other Government Agencies" were confirmed. Spatial data infrastructure in police missions can create a sense of security and confidence in the police by reducing costs and reducing time and speeding up crime detection
