نقش مدیریت انتظامی در کنترل خشونت تماشاگران فوتبال با رویکرد جرم‌شناختی

زمینه و هدف: خشونت تماشاگران یک معضل جهانی است که در ایران نیز در حال رشد است و مدیریت انتظامی نقش بسزایی در کنترل آن دارد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش مدیریت انتظامی در کنترل خشونت تماشاگران فوتبال با رویکرد جرم‌شناختی است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت علی همبستگی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل تماشاگران حاضر در ورزشگاه آزادی در 8 مسابقه لیگ برتر فوتبال 97-96 بود که با توجه به تعداد بالای آن‌ها، بر اساس جدول مورگان 386 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از بین تماشاگران انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ شامل 48 گویه که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط 12 نفر از اساتید و صاحب‌نظران تائید و پایایی آن به‌وسیله آزمون آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و مقدار آن 0.87 به دست آمد، استفاده شد. برای بررسی روایی سازه پرسشنامه از مدل اندازه‌گیری در نرم‌افزار «پی. ال. اس» و برای سایر تحلیل‌ها نیز از آزمون‌های کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، رگرسیون خطی ساده و چندگانه استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد همه اقدامات مدیریت انتظامی که با رویکرد جرم‌شناختی انجام می شوند به‌طور معناداری کاهش خشونت تماشاگران فوتبال را تبیین کرده و در این میان اقدامات پیشگیرانه بیشترین تاثیر را بر کاهش خشونت تماشاگران دارند (p<0/05). نتایج:با توجه به یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده در این مطالعه، می‌توان چنین استنباط کرد که؛ مدیریت انتظامی با تاکید بر اقدامات پیشگیرانه می‌تواند نقش تاثیرگذار خود را در کاهش خشونت تماشاگران ایفا کند.

Role of Police Management in Controlling the Violence of Football Spectators with a Criminological Approach

Background and Aim: Violence of spectators is a global problem that is growing in Iran, and law enforcement has a significant role in controlling it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the role of law enforcement in controlling the violence of football spectators with a criminological approach. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature is a causalcorrelation survey. The statistical population consisted of the audience in the Azadi Stadium in 8 matches of the Football League of 20172018, which according to their high number, 386 people were selected by stratified random sampling from the audience based on Morgan’s table. A researchermade questionnaire consisting of 48 items was used for data collection. The content validity and content validity was confirmed by 12 professors and experts and its reliability was verified by Cronbach’s alpha test and its value was 87. Results: To evaluate the construct validity of the questionnaire, the measurement model in the software P. L S and for other analyzes KolmogorovSmirnov tests, simple and multiple linear regressions were used. Findings: The findings of this study showed that all criminal procedures carried out by a criminological approach significantly reduce the violence of football fans, and preventive measures have the most effect on reducing the violence of spectators (P> 0.05). Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that, with the emphasis on preventative measures, law enforcement can play a role in reducing the violence of spectators.
