هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر سازگاری پس از طلاق زنان مطلقه شهر اهواز بود. بدین‌منظور با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج چهار نفر از زنان مطلقه با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک‌موردی از نوع خط پایه‌ چندگانه‌ ناهمزمان استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان طی چند نوبت خط پایه، 8 جلسه مداخله‌ درمانی و 2 نوبت پیگیری شرکت کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ سازگاری پس از طلاق فیشر (fdas) بود. داده‌ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا (0.05
