پیش‌بینی بلوغ هیجانی بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازگاری اجتماعی

این مطالعه با هدف پیش‌بینی بلوغ هیجانی بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازگاری اجتماعی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود. از میان نوجوانان پسر شهر زنجان در سال 1398 تعداد 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های بلوغ هیجانی (سینک و بهارگاوا، 1991)، سبک‌های دلبستگی (کولینز و رید، 1990) و سازگاری اجتماعی (بل، 1961) و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 19 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی ایمن (0.37=r) و سازگاری اجتماعی (0.29=r) با بلوغ هیجانی رابطه مثبت و معنادار و سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی (0.40-=r) و دوسوگرا (0.44-=r) با بلوغ هیجانی رابطه منفی و معنادار داشت. دیگر یافته‌ها نشان داد سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازگاری اجتماعی به‌طور معناداری توانستند 33.6 درصد از تغییرات بلوغ هیجانی نوجوانان پسر را تبیین کنند (0.05p<). بر اساس نتایج توصیه می‌شود که برای افزایش بلوغ هیجانی نوجوانان پسر از طریق کارگاه‌های آموزشی به‌ویژه کارگاه‌های فرزندپروری میزان سبک دلبستگی ایمن و سازگاری اجتماعی افزایش و میزان سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و دوسوگرا کاهش یابد.

predicting emotional maturity based on attachment styles and social adjustment

this study aimed to predicting emotional maturity based on attachment styles and social adjustment. this study was cross-sectional from type of correlation. among the adolescents boys of zanjan city in 1398 year, number of 200 people were selected as sample with available sampling method. to collect data used from the questionnaires of emotional maturity (singh and bhargava, 1991), attachment styles (collins and reid, 1990) and social adjustment (bell, 1961) and to analyze data used from methods of pearson correlation and multiple regression with enter model in spss version 19 software. the findings showed that secure attachment style (r=0.37) and social adjustment (r=0.29) had a positive and significant relationship with emotional maturity and avoidance (r—0.40) and ambivalent (r=-0.44) insecure attachment styles had a negative and significant relationship with emotional maturity. other findings showed that attachment styles and social adjustment were able to significantly explain 33.6% of emotional maturity changes of adolescents boys (p<0.05). based on the results, it is recommended to increase the emotional maturity of adolescents boys through workshops, especially parenting workshops can increase secure attachment style and social adjustment and decrease avoidance and ambivalent insecure attachment styles.
