الگوی مطلوب شایستگی‌های اعضای هیئت‌علمی در بستر دانشگاه کلاس جهانی (یک پژوهش کیفی)

در سال‌های اخیر، بهبود وضعیت علمی و آموزشی و قرار گرفتن در بین دانشگاه‌های ممتاز، هدف بسیاری از مدیران دانشگاهی در سراسر جهان بوده است. صاحب‌نظران معتقدند که اعضای هیئت‌علمی باکیفیت و شایسته عنصری کلیدی و مهم جهت دستیابی به دانشگاه کلاس جهانی می‌باشند. این تحقیق به‌منظور پوشش دادن این خلا علمی در کشور، به ارائه الگوی شایستگی‌های اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه کلاس جهانی پرداخته است. این پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، پژوهش کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، منابع مرتبط با دانشگاه کلاس جهانی و به‌ویژه شایستگی‌های اعضای هیئت‌علمی در دانشگاه کلاس جهانی بود. پس از بررسی منابع استخراج‌شده از پایگاه‌های داده، 84 منبع به‌عنوان نمونه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد و به‌منظور اعتباربخشی داده‌ها، از روش کینگ و هاروکس استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل داده‌ها، در مجموع 96 مضمون پایه و 13 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده ذیل سه مضمون فراگیر شامل: «علمی-حرفه‌ای»، «اجتماعی-فرهنگی» و «زمینه‌ای» شناسایی شدند.

the ideal model of faculty members’ competencies in the context of a world-class university (a qualitative research)

in recent years, improving the scientific and educational situation and being among the prestigious universities has been the goal of many university managers around the world. experts believe that quality and competent faculty members are a key and important element to achieve a world-class university. in order to cover this scientific gap in the country, this research has provided a model of the competencies of faculty members of a world-class university. this research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method of data collection, it is a qualitative research of thematic analysis type. the statistical population of the research was the resources related to the world-class university and especially the competencies of faculty members in the world-class university. after reviewing the sources extracted from the databases, 84 sources were selected as a purposive sample. to analyze the data, the method of coding and thematic analysis was used, and in order to validate the data, the method of king and harrocks was used. after analyzing the data, a total of 96 basic themes and 13 organizing themes under three overarching themes including: scientific, professional, social, cultural and contextual were identified.
