ارزیابی بلوغ سرمایه فکری براساس مضامین پیوندِ یادگیری دوجانبه در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه نفت و گاز

به دلیل تلاطم محیطی، بسیاری از شرکت‌های امروزی، چاره‌ای جز پیوند سطوح یادگیری‌های سازمانی با سرمایه‌های فکری خود ندارند، زیرا پیامدهای احتمالی چنین استراتژی‌هایی، شرکت‌ها را قادر می‌سازد تا با تحریک سطح انگیزه‌ها در چارچوب تغییرات محیطی، سطحی از بلوغ در سرمایه فکری را محقق نمایند، که زمینه‌سازی پایداری در فرآیندهای رقابتی شرکت‌ها گردد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی بلوغ سرمایه فکری براساس مضامین پیوندِ یادگیری دوجانبه می‌باشد. در این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی مولفه‌ها (بلوغ سرمایه فکری) و گزاره‌های پژوهش (مضامین پیوندِ یادگیری دوجانبه) از غربالگری نظری براساس پژوهش‌های مشابه استفاده شد. سپس به منظور تعیین پایایی مولفه‌ها و گزاره‌های پژوهش از طریقِ مشارکتِ 16 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان رشته مدیریت، از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. در بخش کمی مولفه‌ها و گزاره‌های شناسایی‌شده در قالب پرسشنامه‌های ماتریسی، توسط 22 نفر از مدیران، مسئولان و کارشناسان صاحب‌نظر در سطح مختلف شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مورد ارزیابی تحلیل تفسیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، گزاره گرایش‌های استراتژیک در یادگیری به‌عنوان تاثیرگذارترین مضامینِ پیوندِ یادگیری‌دوجانبه در شرکت‌های مورد بررسی محسوب می‌شود که باعث تقویتِ پایداری خلق دانس به‌عنوان مولفه‌ی موثر در بلوغ سرمایه فکری می‌شود. این نتیجه نشان می‌دهد گرایش‌های استراتژیک از طریق پایداری و اثربخشی شناساییِ ظرفیت‌های محیطی، شرکت را قادر می‌سازد تا دانش را برمبنای تغییرات محیطی کسب نماید و با ترکیب آن‌ها سببِ تقویت بهره‌وری گردد و ظرفیت‌های جذب و خلق دانش را به‌عنوان یک ارزش در خود نهادینه نماید.

intellectual capital maturity evaluation based on themes of ambidextrous learning link in oil and gas knowledgebased companies

due to environmental turmoil, many companies today have no choice but to link organizational learning levels with their intellectual capital, because the potential consequences of such strategies enable companies to be superficial by stimulating motivational levels in the context of environmental change. realizing intellectual maturity paves the way for sustainability in companies’ competitive processes. the purpose of this research is intellectual capital maturity evaluation based on themes of ambidextrous learning link. in this study, theoretical screening based on similar research was used to identify the components (intellectual capital maturity) and research propositions (ambidextrous learning link). then, delphi analysis was used to determine the reliability of research components and propositions through the participation of 16 management specialists and experts. in the quantitative part, the components and propositions identified in the form of matrix questionnaires were evaluated by interpretive analysis by 22 managers, officials and experts at different levels of knowledgebased companies. the results showed that the proposition of strategic tendencies in learning is considered as the most effective themes of the twoway learning link in the studied companies, which strengthens the sustainability of knowledge creation as an effective component in the maturity of intellectual capital. this result shows that strategic trends through the sustainability and effectiveness of identifying environmental capacities, enable the company to acquire knowledge based on environmental changes and by combining them to increase productivity and institutionalize the capacity to absorb and create knowledge as a value.
