عوامل موثر بر بکارگیری رفتارهای دوستدارانه و ایمن در محیط‌ زیست میان کشاورزان شهرستان باوی

رشد روزافزون جمعیت درسال‏ های اخیر، موجب نیاز بیشتر بشر به مواد غذایی گردیده که همین امر منجر به گسترش تولیدات کشاورزی و تاثیرات سوء برخاک و منابع پایه شده است. با این حال اجرای تکنیک‏ ها و استراتژی‏ های دوستدارانه در شیوه ‏های کشاورزی، علی ‏رغم شواهد علمی فراوان از مزایای اجتماعی–اکولوژیک همچنان یک چالش اصلی برای سیاستگذاران است و کشاورزان همچنان به تخریب محیط‌ زیست می‏ پردازند. بنابراین، هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر بکارگیری رفتارهای دوستدارانه و ایمن در محیط‌زیست است. جامعه‌ آماری این تحقیق شامل تمام کشاورزان شهرستان باوی (استان خوزستان) بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 390 نفر برآورد شد که با روش نمونه ‏گیری چندمرحله ‏ای با انتساب متناسب برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع ‏آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ‏ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن براساس نظر اعضای هیات علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. همچنین، از شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج شده برای تعیین روایی همگرا و شاخص پایایی ترکیبی برای تعیین پایایی مدل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای نگرش، مزایای درک شده و سهولت درک شده اثر مثبت و معنی‏ داری بر تمایل کشاورزان نسبت به بکارگیری رفتارهای دوستدارانه و ایمن در محیط‌ زیست دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که چارچوب پذیرش فناوری در این تحقیق از کارآیی بالایی برخوردار است زیرا توانست 56/3 و 53/1 درصد از نگرش و تمایل کشاورزان را در این زمینه تبیین کند. به‌‌طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش ضمن کاهش خلاء موجود در ادبیات نظری تحقیق، قادر است که بینش ‏های جدیدی را برای سیاست‏گذاران این حوزه در راستای کاهش تخریب محیط‌ زیست فراهم کند.

factors affecting the use of environmentally friendly and safe behaviors among farmers in bavi county

the rapid growth of the global population has led to increased demand for food, necessitating the expansion of agricultural production. however, this expansion has resulted in adverse effects on soil and essential natural resources. despite extensive scientific evidence demonstrating the socio-ecological benefits of environmentally friendly agricultural techniques, their implementation remains a major challenge for policymakers. consequently, farmers continue to engage in practices that contribute to environmental degradation. this study aims to identify the factors influencing the adoption of environmentally sustainable and safe agricultural practices. the research focuses on farmers in bavi county, khuzestan province. using the krejcie and morgan table, the sample size was determined to be 390 participants, selected through a multi-stage sampling method with proportional allocation. data was collected using a structured questionnaire, whose face and content validity were confirmed by faculty members of the agricultural extension and education department at khuzestan university of agricultural sciences and natural resources. reliability was established through cronbach’s alpha, while convergent validity was verified using the extracted mean variance index and model reliability through the composite reliability index. the findings indicate that attitude, perceived benefits, and perceived ease significantly influence farmers’ willingness to adopt environmentally sustainable behaviors. moreover, the technology acceptance framework demonstrated high effectiveness, explaining 56.3% of farmers’ attitudes and 53.1% of their willingness to adopt sustainable practices. overall, this study contributes to closing theoretical gaps while providing actionable insights for policymakers. by enhancing farmers’ awareness, simplifying access to sustainable solutions, and reinforcing incentives, stakeholders can work towards reducing environmental degradation and fostering more responsible agricultural practices.
