تاثیر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش تعدیل‌گر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش تعدیل‌گر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز در دانشگاه ارومیه می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی پرسنل دانشگاه ارومیه می‌باشد که تعداد آن براساس سرشماری 355 نفر تعیین گردید؛ به‌طوری که از این 355 نفر فقط 173 نفر قادر به تکمیل پرسشنامۀ پژوهش حاضر شدند. به‌منظور بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش و گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. ابزار مذکور که مشتمل بر 16 سوال بود، به‌صورت حضوری بین پرسنل توزیع گردید. به‌منظور تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده ها از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، و از نرم افزارهای آماری spss و smart-pls استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز بر عملکردهای اقتصادی، محیطی و اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد. جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز در رابطۀ بین پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز و عملکردهای اقتصادی و محیطی نقش تعدیل‌گر مثبت دارد ولی در رابطۀ بین پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز و عملکرد اجتماعی نقش تعدیل‌گر ندارد. در نهایت، یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش می‌تواند زمینۀ لازم برای جهت‌گیری فکری مناسبی در بین مدیران ارشد موسسات آموزش عالی در راستای اتخاذ جهت‌گیری راهبردی در حوزۀ مدیریت سبز و سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی مدیریتی سبز فراهم کند و راهکارهای عملیاتی برای ارتقاء عملکرد سازمانی از طریق کارآفرینی سبز ارائه نماید.

the effect of adopting green information technology on organizational performance with the moderating role of green entrepreneurial orientation

the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of adopting green information technology on organizational performance with the moderating role of green entrepreneurship orientation in urmia university. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. the statistical population of the research includes all personnel of urmia university, whose number was determined based on the census of 355 people; so that out of these 355 people, only 173 people were able to complete the present research questionnaire. a questionnaire was used to check the research variables and collect data. the mentioned tool, which consisted of 16 questions, was distributed to the personnel in person. in order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis, and spss and smart-pls statistical software were used. the results of the research showed that the adoption of green information technology has a positive and significant effect on economic, environmental and social functions. green entrepreneurship orientation has a positive moderating role in the relationship between the adoption of green information technology and economic and environmental performance, but it does not play a moderating role in the relationship between the adoption of green information technology and social performance. finally, the findings of this research can provide the necessary ground for a suitable intellectual orientation among senior managers of higher education institutions in order to adopt a strategic orientation in the field of green management and green management information systems, and provide operational solutions to improve organizational performance through green entrepreneurship.
