برآورد هزینه‌ خسارت اقتصادی ناشی از انتشار بوی نامطبوع بیوگاز از مرکز دپوی پسماند شهرستان ساحلی بابلسر

شهرستان ساحلی بابلسر، سالانه میزبان گردشگران بسیاری از سراسر کشور است. مرکز دپوی پسماند این شهرستان، از سویی در مجاورت ساحل دریای مازندران واقع شده و از سویی دیگر، به‌دلیل نزدیکی به مراکز مسکونی، خدماتی و تفریحی، شرایط نامناسبی را به‌دلیل انتشار بیوگاز و ایجاد بوی نامطبوع در منطقه، به‌وجود آورده است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این پژوهش، خسارت اقتصادی ناشی از انتشار بوی نامطبوع از این مرکز دپوی پسماند، با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط در قالب روش استخراج داده‌ دوگانه یک ‌و نیم‌بعدی و نیز براساس فرمول کوکران، از بین 195 نمونه‌ انتخابی افراد بومی و غیربومی (گردشگران) شهرستان بابلسر، برآورد شده است. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوی لاجیت نشان داد که متغیرهای قیمت پیشنهادی، درآمد، اخلاق‌گرا، پیامدگرا و گرایش‌های محیط‌ زیستی براساس اثر نهایی، دارای بیشترین تاثیر بر تمایل به پرداخت افراد هستند. کل خسارت اقتصادی برآورده شده بر جامعه حاصل از انتشار بوی نامطبوع بیوگاز مرکز دپوی پسماند رقمی بالغ بر 42/759 میلیارد ریال برآورد شده است.

estimating the economic damage cost caused by the emission of unpleasant odor of biogas from the landfill of coastal babolsar township

babolsar township is the host of many tourists around the country annually.  the landfill of this township has located in the vicinity of the coast and on the other hand, due to proximity to residential, service, recreational, unsuitable conditions due to the emission of biogas and creating unpleasant odors in the region. due to the importance of the subject, in this research, the economic damage caused by the emission of unpleasant odors from this landfill, using the method of contingent valuation in the form of one and on-half dichotomous choices method and according to the cochran formula, among 195 selected sample of indigenous and tourists of babolsar have been estimated. the results of logit model estimation on the basis of final effect showed that the proposed price variables, income, ethic-consequences desires and environmental trends have the greatest influence on the people’s willingness to pay. the total economic damage costs to the society duo to the spread of the unpleasant odor of biogas of landfill has been estimated to be 42.759 billion rials.
