کاربست پانل رگرسیونی به منظور تحلیل اثرگذاری عملکرد زیست محیطی بر عملکرد مالی صنایع داروسازی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ابعاد کلی عملکرد زیست محیطی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ها در صنعت داروسازی می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نطر نتایج و هدف کاربردی است و از نظر ماهیت اجرا به صورت توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بوده و اطلاعات از روش های کتابخانه ای و میدانی گردآوری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 40 شرکت تولید کننده دارو ساز فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد و عملکرد آن ها در طول سال های 1396 تا 1401 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش محاسبات آماری به منظور آزمون فرضیه ها بر مبنای پانل رگرسیونی به وسیله نرم افزارهای تخصصی انجام گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد عملکرد زیست محیطی بر عملکرد مالی درصنعت داروسازی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. و همچنین مشخص شد که منابع انبوه اثر عملکرد زیست محیطی بر عملکرد مالی را تعدیل می کنند و به این ترتیب، هرچه منابع انبوه شرکت بیشتر باشد اثر مثبت بیشتر خواهد بود. نتابج این پژوهش می تواند در تدوین برنامه های استراتژیک این صنایع و در راستای افزایش سودآوری و اعتماد عمومی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

application of regression panel in order to analyze the impact of bio performance environment on the financial performance of pharmaceutical industries

the main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the general dimensions of environmental performance on the financial performance of companies in the pharmaceutical industry. the research method in this research is applied from the point of view of the results and purpose, and in terms of the nature of the implementation, it is descriptive and survey type, and the information is collected from library and field methods. the statistical population of this research is 40 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies active in the tehran stock exchange and their performance has been investigated during the years 2017 to 2021. in this research, statistical calculations have been done to test the hypotheses based on the regression panel using specialized software. the findings of the research showed that the dimensions of environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on financial performance in the pharmaceutical industry. and it was also found that mass resources moderate the effect of environmental performance on financial performance, and in this way, the more the company's mass resources are, the greater the positive effect will be. the results of this research can be used in developing strategic plans for these industries and in order to increase profitability and public trust.
