نقد تحلیلی «فضیلت انسانیت» در نظام اندیشگانی مولانا و مارتین سلیگمن

مثبت نگری به عنوان یکی از شاخه های علم روان شناسی توسط مارتین سلیگمن، با هدف کمک به انسان ها برای بهینه سازی کیفیت زندگی و رشد فضایل انسانی در شش گروه: خردمندی، شجاعت، انسانیت، عدالت، اعتدال و تعالی، شکل گرفته است. در اندیشه ها و آموزه های مولانا می توان تمامی این فضایل و توانمندی های منش را نمایان ساخت. این جستار که به روش تحلیلی- توصیفی انجام شده، درصدد است تا به تحلیل و تبیین فضیلت «انسانیت» (از فضیلت های شش گانه سلیگمن) در آثار مولانا بپردازد. این فضیلت و زیر مجموعه های آن: عشق، مهربانی، هوش اجتماعی، در آموزه های مولانا قابل تبیین و بررسی است. البته سلیگمن و مولانا در این زمینه اختلافاتی نیز با یکدیگر دارند؛ مانند اختلاف در مبحث عشق، تاثیر از مسائل دینی و... . اما مهم ترین اختلاف، در نوعِ نگاهِ این دو اندیشمند به انسان است؛ چراکه آبشخورهای این دو اندیشمند برای بیان یک آموزه همسان، با یکدیگر متفاوت است؛ یعنی نگاه مولانا، براساس آموزه های عرفانیِ اسلام و تاکید بر ارزش های معنوی و قرآنی «خدامحور» است؛ اما نگاه سلیگمن بر اساس فرهنگ پوزیتیویستیِ غرب و روان شناسیِ وجودگرا «انسان محور» است.

positivism as one of the branches of psychology by martin seligman, with the aim of helping people to optimize the quality of life and the development of human virtues in six groups: wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, tempevance and transcendence has been formed. in the thoughts and teachings of rumi, all these character strengths and virtues can be shown. this essay, which was done in an analytical-descriptive way, tries to analyze and explain the virtue of humanity (one of seligman's six virtues) in the works of rumi. the research results indicate that this virtue and its subsets: love, kindness, social intelligence, can be explained and applied in the teachings of rumi. seligman and rumi also have differences with each other in this field, the most important of which is the way these two thinkers look at humans. because the methods of these two thinkers to express the same doctrine are different from each other; that is, rumi's view is based on the religious and mystical teachings of islam and emphasis on spiritual and quranic values god-centered; but seligman's view is based on the positivist culture of the west, existential psychology and relying on man and his needs, a human-centered view.
