بررسی مهارت‌های زندگی در رمان «یک عاشقانۀ آرام» اثر« نادر ابراهیمی» بر اساس نظریۀ مارتین سلیگمن

پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای آرای مارتین سلیگمن (1942)، مهارت های زندگی را در رمان یک عاشقانۀ آرام اثر نادرابراهیمی (1315-1387) به شیوۀ تحلیلی-توصیفی، بررسی کرده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین سبک زندگی سالم در لایۀ روانی رمان یک عاشقانۀ آرام است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است بهرۀ بالای هوش هیجانی، علاقه به یادگیری توام با تفکر انتقادی در کنش عسل و گیلهمرد (زوج ایرانی و اشخاص اصلی رمان) مطابق با خوشۀ نخست نظریۀ سلیگمن مشاهده میشود. انواع هنجار مثبت همچون نوعدوستی، اعتدال، تواضع، کنش گروهی و احترام به حقوق شهروندی، مجموعۀ منسجم از مهارتهای زندگی را در روابط بینفردی در رمان شکل داده است. عامل اصلی تسکین و تابآوری زوج ایرانی، وجود معنویت و روحیۀ مذهبی است که مطابق با آخرین خوشه در نظریۀ سلیگمن، در خلق معنا و دستیابی اشخاص رمان به تعالی موثر است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد زوج ایرانی حاضر در این رمان، در قرابت معنادار با آرای سلیگمن، نمودار زندگی موفق و ارائهکنندۀ دستورالعملهای آموزشی جهت دستیابی به زندگی پویا، سالم و شاد هستند؛ از همین رو رمان یک عاشقانۀ آرام نادر ابراهیمی را می توان در زمرۀ آثار موفق ادبیات تعلیمی معاصر به شمار آورد.

analyzing and presenting life skills is a common goal between educational literature and psychological knowledge; among psychological theories, martin seligman's positivist model, with its emphasis on positive behavioral norms, seeks to help members of the social world achieve lasting satisfaction in life. based on seligman's views, the present study has examined life skills in aram ibrahimi's novel a quiet lover in an analytical-descriptive manner. the purpose of this research is to explain the healthy lifestyle in the psychological layer of the novel a quiet lover. the research findings indicate that the high benefit of emotional intelligence, interest in learning combined with critical thinking is observed in the action of asl and gilehmard (the iranian couple and the main characters of the novel) in accordance with the first cluster of seligman's theory. positive norms such as altruism, moderation, humility, group action, and respect for civil rights have formed a coherent set of life skills in interpersonal relationships in the novel. the main factor in the iranian couple's relief and resilience is the existence of spirituality and religious spirit, which, according to the last cluster in seligman's theory, is effective in creating meaning and achieving transcendence for the characters in the novel
