اخلاق حرفه‌ای لشکریان در روضه العقول

اخلاق حرفه ای رشته ای جدید از علم اخلاق است که با مبانی ارزشی و اعتقادی، ارتباط نزدیکی دارد. هر شغل و حرفه ای متناسب با خود، مسئولیت های اخلاقی خاصی ایجاد می کند و اخلاق حرفه ای با توجه به راهکارهای سالم سازی ارتباطات این زمینه نقش مهمی دارد. این مقاله با هدف بررسی اخلاق حرفه ای لشکریان در روضه العقول و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی نوشته شده است. روضه العقول از جمله کتب نثر فارسی و تحریر دیگری از مرزبان نامه است که محمد بن غازی ملطیوی در قرن ششم به رشته تحریر درآورده است. یکی از موضوعاتی که در این کتاب به روشنی تبیین شده جایگاه و اهمیت لشکر و نیروهای لشکری در حکومت و بین طبقات مختلف جامعه است که می توان اخلاق حرفه ای این قشر از جامعه آن روزگار را از آن استخراج کرد. پرسش های اصلی این تحقیق این است که؛ لشکر و لشکریان در روضه العقول چه جایگاهی دارند و به کدامیک از مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای لشکریان در روضه العقول اشاره شده است؟ یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که صلح طلبی و پیشی نگرفتن در جنگ، داشتن تعهد و تخصص، صبر و استقامت و تحمل شدائد، رعایت سلسله مراتب و اطاعت از مافوق، آگاهی و آمادگی در برابر دشمن، یاریگری، وفاداری، شجاعت، پرهیز از شبیخون زدن و پرهیز از غارت از جمله اصولی است که در اخلاق حرفه ای لشکریان در روضه العقول مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

professional ethics is one of the new branches of ethics, which is closely related to values and beliefs. each job and profession creates specific ethical responsibilities, and professional ethics plays an important role in terms of ways to improve communication in this field. this article was written with the aim of investigating the professional ethics of lashkarians in ruzat ul aqool and using the descriptive analytical method. ruzat ul aqool is one of the persian prose books and another marzban nameh written by mohammad bin ghazi multawi in the 6th century. one of the subjects that is clearly explained in this book is the position and importance of the army and military forces in the government and between different classes of society, from which the professional ethics of this section of the society of that time can be extracted. the main questions of this research are: what is the position of army and troops in rouzat ul akool and which of the components of the professional ethics of troops are mentioned in rozat ul akool? the findings of this research indicate that peace seeking and not taking the lead in war, having commitment and expertise, patience and perseverance and tolerance of hardships, respect for hierarchy and obedience to superiors, awareness and preparation against the enemy, helpfulness, loyalty, courage, avoiding bloodshed, and avoiding looting are among the principles that have been considered in the professional ethics of the army.
