ارائۀ الگوی مدرسۀ شاد از طریق واکاوی مضامین شادی در ادبیات و فرهنگ ایرانی

مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف ارائۀ الگوی مدرسۀ شاد از طریق واکاوی مضامین شادی در ادبیات و فرهنگ ایرانی به انجام رسید. روش پژوهش، تحلیل مضمون به‌عنوان یکی از روش‌های رویکرد کیفی است. داده‌های پژوهش شامل منابع و متون مرتبط با فرهنگ و ادبیات ایرانی است که از طریق تکنیک تحلیل متن و با توجه به فرایند تحلیل داده در روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این است که شادی در فرهنگ و ادبیات ایرانی دربارۀ دو مضمون فراگیر اصلی شادی بیرونی (آفاقی) و شادی درونی (انفسی) قابلیت صورت‌بندی دارد. شادی بیرونی شامل زیست جهان شاد و بهْ زیستن و شادی درونی دربرگیرندۀ ایستار، منش و پویش معطوف به شادی است. ارائۀ الگوی مدرسۀ شاد بر مبنای مضامین شادی در فرهنگ و ادبیات ایرانی مستلزم توجه به ابعاد و مولفه‌های شادی بیرونی و شادی درونی و لحاظ نمودن این ابعاد در رابطه با ارکان و مولفه‌های اصلی مدرسه است که در قالب برنامۀ درسی معطوف به شادی، کارکنان آموزشی و اجرایی مدارس به‌مثابۀ آموزشگران شادی، محیط مدرسه با نشاط و دانش‌آموزان شاد زیست نمود پیدا می‌کند.

Developing a Happy School Model by Exploring Happiness Themes in Iranian Culture and Literature

The present study was conducted to develop a happy school model by exploring happiness themes in Iranian culture and literature. The method used in this research is thematic analysis as a way of analyzing in the qualitative approach. The research data included sources and texts related to Iranian culture and literature, getting studied through techniques of text analysis and based on data analysis process in thematic analysis method. Findings of the study indicate that happiness in Iranian culture and literature is configured around two main themes of external happiness (objective) and internal happiness (subjective). External happiness includes living in a happy world and wellbeing, and internal happiness encompasses attitudes, nature, and the pursuit of happiness. Developing a happy school model based on happiness themes in Iranian culture and literature requires attention to both external and internal happiness. These two dimensions could be accompanied the elements and components of the school and be performed in the form of developing a curriculum focused on happiness, having educational staff and school administrators as happiness instructors, considering lively school environment, and working on the happiness of the students.
