شناسایی و تحلیل اولویت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در محصولات مشتقات صنایع چوب و سلولزی در استان آذربایجان‌غربی

استان آذربایجان‌غربی دارای تنوع آب و هوایی و قابلیت‌های نیروی انسانی فراوانی است در عین ‌حال با کمبود منابع و امکانات مواجه است و صنایع در آن به‌صورت ناموزون استقرار یافته است. این تفاوت‌های مکانی نشان‌دهنده این است که باید با توجه به قابلیت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های مناطق مختلف برنامه‌ریزی‌های مربوطه انجام شود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تحلیل اولویت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری محصولات مشتقات صنایع چوب و سلولزی در استان آذربایجان‌غربی می باشد. ابتدا با بررسی کتابخانه‌ای عوامل موثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری در این صنعت مشخص شد. سپس با بررسی‌های میدانی نظرات خبرگان و برای شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل از روش ahp بهره گرفته ‌شد. در انتها به دلیل قضاوت‌های مختلف، برای سازگاری تجزیه و تحلیل از آنالیز حساسیت و با توجه به بالا بودن تعداد گزینه‌ها از روش ریتینگ استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد در بخش شاخص‌ها، شاخص اقتصادی و مالی مهم‌ترین شاخص و شاخص‌های مواد و محصول، فنی و انسانی ، نیازهای زیرساختی ، فرهنگی و اجتماعی و قوانین و مقررات بترتیب مهم‌ترین شاخص‌ها بودند. در بخش گزینه‌ها بر اساس هدف با تلفیق ایده‌آل، صنعت مبلمان با ارزش وزنی 0.101 ، بالاترین اولویت را بدست آورد.

western azerbaijan province has a variety of climates and human resources. still, at the same time, it faces a lack of resources and facilities, and industries are unevenly established in it.these spatial differences indicate that relevant planning should be done according to the capabilities and capacities of different regions. this study aims to analyze the investment priorities of wood and cellulose industry derivatives products in western azerbaijan province. first, the factors that influence investment in this industry were determined by library research. then, the ahp method was used to identify and prioritize the factors with the field surveys of experts’ opinions. in the end, due to different judgments, sensitivity analysis was used for the consistency of the analysis, and due to the high number of alternatives, the rating method was used. the results showed that the economic financial index is the most important indicator in the indicators section. the indicators of materials products, technical human, infrastructural needs, cultural social, and laws regulations have high priority, respectively. in the section on alternatives based on the goal of an ideal combination, the furniture industry obtained the highest priority with a weighted value of 0.101.
