شناسایی شاخص‌های موثر در بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی در شرکت صنایع کاغذ سازی کاوه با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله‌ مراتبی

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین شاخص‌های موثر در بهینه ‌سازی مصرف انرژی در شرکت صنایع کاغذ سازی کاوه با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله ‌مراتبی انجام‌ شده است. برای این منظور پس از مطالعات و بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام‌ شده و مصاحبه با کارشناسان متخصص، شاخص‌های موثر در بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی در شرکت صنایع کاغذ سازی کاوه به 5 گروه اصلی و 26 زیر شاخص تقسیم شدند. اهمیت شاخص‌ها و زیر شاخص‌ها پس از اخذ آرای کارشناسان با استفاده از نرم‌ افزار اکسپرت چویس درجه‌بندی شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که شاخص‌های اصلی در بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی به ترتیب اولویت اصلاح فرآیند، دانش فنی و نیروی انسانی، استفاده از سیستم‌های کنترل هوشمند و مانیتورینگ فرآیند، اجرای نظام تعمیر و نگهداری پیشگیرانه (pm) و بازیابی انرژی می‌باشند. شاخص اصلاح فرآیند با وزن 0.38 بالاترین اولویت را در بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی دارد. همچنین از بین 26 زیر شاخص موثر در بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی در شرکت صنایع کاغذ سازی کاوه، زیر شاخص‌های بهبود فرآیند خمیرسازی، سطح تحصیلات پرسنل کارخانه، سابقه کار پرسنل، کاهش توقفات، تحقیق و توسعه، سنسور اندازه‌گیری آنلاین رطوبت و گراماژ کاغذ به ترتیب با ارزش وزنی 0.209، 0.119، 0.116، 0.113، 0.066، 0.051، 0.045 دارای بالاترین اهمیت می‌باشند. نرخ ناسازگاری کلی در این بررسی 0.01 است که نشان می‌دهد نتایج پایداری و سازگاری بالایی دارد. نتایج حاصله از این کار پژوهشی می‌تواند در تسریع اجرای فرآیند بهینه‌ سازی مصرف انرژی در سایر کارخانه‌های کاغذ سازی ایران نیز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Determination effective criteria in optimizing energy consumption in Kaveh paper industry company using analytic Hierarchy process

The aim of this study was to determine effective criteria in optimizing energy consumption in Kaveh paper industry company by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). For these purposes, after a review of previous studies and some interviews with experts, effective criteria in optimizing energy consumption in Kaveh paper industry company were divided into 6 main categories and 49 subcategories. The degree of importance of the main categories and subcategories was determined after obtaining expert opinions using Expert Choice software. The results of this study showed that the main criteria in optimizing energy consumption are: process modification, technical knowledge, and manpower, implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) system, use of intelligent control systems and process monitoring, and energy recovery. Process modification criterion with a weight of 0.38 has the highest priority in optimizing energy consumption. In addition, among 26 subcriteria effective in optimizing energy consumption in Kaveh paper industry company, subcriteria improving stock pulp preparation, the level of education of factory personnel, work experience of personnel, reduction of stops, research and development, online moisture and basis weight paper measurement sensor, respectively, had the highest importance with the weight values of 0.209, 0.119, 0.116, 0.113, 0.066, 051 and 0.087. The inconsistency ratio of the research was 0.01 which shows the results have stability and compatibility. The results can be used to accelerate the implementation of the process of optimizing energy consumption in other paper mills in Iran.
