امنیت انرژی ایران پس از جنگ اوکراین

مهم‌ ترین موضوع در خصوص جنگ اوکراین با توجه ‌به جایگاه مهم روسیه در بخش انرژی و اوکراین در ترانزیت، تاثیر این رخداد بر روی انرژی و قیمت آن است. این موضوع موجب افزایش قیمت حامل‌های انرژی و نگرانی کشورهای مصرف‌کننده در زمینه تامین انرژی شد. کشور ایران نیز باتوجه‌به دارا بودن ذخایر غنی نفت و گاز، به‌ویژه پس از جنگ اوکراین موردتوجه کشورهای مصرف‌کننده انرژی قرار گرفته است. در همین راستا در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از چهارچوب نظری امنیت انرژی تلاش شده است که به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که تاثیر جنگ اوکراین بر امنیت انرژی ایران چگونه خواهد بود؟ فرضیه اصلی پژوهش این است که جنگ اوکراین به لحاظ امنیت انرژی فرصت هایی از منظر ژئوپلیتیک مانند تقویت نقش ترانزیتی ایران و چالش هایی به لحاظ سیاسی و اقتصادی مانند دو قطبی شدن بیشتر فضای بین المللی و پیداشدن رقبا در زمینه صادرات انرژی را برای ایران به دنبال داشته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دهنده این موضوع است که با توجه به تاثیر منفی جنگ اوکراین بر روند انتقال انرژی روسیه به اروپا و ضرورت تنوع بخشی اروپا به منابع انرژی خود، ایران فرصت یافته است تا جایگاه خود در زمینه صادرات انرژی در منطقه و در جهان را بهبود ببخشد.

iran’s energy security after the ukraine war

the most important issue regarding the war in ukraine, considering the important position of russia in the energy sector and ukraine in the transit of the energy, is the impact of this war on energy and its price. this issue caused the price of energy carriers to increase and consumer countries to worry about energy supply. iran has also received the attention of energy-consuming countries due to its rich reserves of oil and gas, especially after the war in ukraine. using descriptive-analytical method and the theoretical framework of energy security, main question is, what will be the effect of the war in ukraine on iran’s energy security? the main hypothesis of this research is that in terms of energy security, the war in ukraine creates opportunities for iran from a geopolitical point of view, such as strengthening iran’s transit role on one side, and challenges from a political and economic point of view, such as the further polarization of the international space and the emergence of competitors in the field of energy export on the other side. the findings of the research indicate that due to the negative impact of the ukraine war on the process of transferring energy from russia to europe and the need for europe to diversify its energy sources, iran has an opportunity to improve its position in the field of energy exports in the region and the world.
