چالش‌های پیش روی افغانستان تحت زعامت طالبان و سناریوهای آینده آن

از زمان سقوط کابل، پایتخت افغانستان، به دست گروه طالبان در ماه اوت 2021، افغانستان به منبع اصلی نگرانی برای کشورهای منطقه و به طور کلی برای جامعه جهانی تبدیل شده است، به ویژه که این کشور از سه چالش اصلی رنج می برد: بحران انسانی که باعث ناآرامی های اجتماعی-اقتصادی شده است. تهدید فزاینده تروریسم برخاسته از افغانستان به دلیل ناتوانی جنبش طالبان در مهار گروه های تروریستی حاضر در خاک افغانستان و همچنین امتناع این جنبش از همکاری منطقه ای یا بین المللی برای مقابله با این تهدید، عدم پذیرش مشارکت سیاسی سایر اقلیت های قومی توسط طالبان، مشروعیت رژیم این جنبش را برای مردم افغانستان و جامعه جهانی زیر سوال می برد و در نتیجه احتمال ناآرامی های سیاسی و امنیتی در کشور را افزایش می دهد. در چنین وضعیتی این سوال مطرح می شود که آینده حیات سیاسی و امنیتی افغانستان تحت زعامت طالبان چگونه خواهد بود؟ در پاسخ می توان گفت با توجه به با چالش های موجود سه سناریو «کودتای درون جنبشی»، «سقوط کابل تحت حاکمیت «سازمان حکومت اسلامی - استان خراسان»، «ظهور دولت موازی با احیای اتحاد شمال» برای آینده افغانستان می توان تصور کرد. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر آینده پژوهی است.

challenges facing afghanistan under the leadership of the taliban and its future scenarios

during the last three decades, afghanistan has experienced many political, military and security turmoils, and in the last case, the taliban group was able to return to power after two decades of removal from power, after the withdrawal of american forces from this country.despite the taliban's relative dominance over afghanistan, this group has faced two major challenges. the first challenge is the crisis of domestic and international legitimacy, which has prevented this group from being recognized as the owners of the political cause in afghanistan. the second challenge is the problem of the coexistence of this group with the international community, which directly arises from the weak experience of this group ininternational governance. in this article, the basic question is raised, what are the political, security and economic challenges of the taliban in coexistence with the international community, and what are the desirable behavioral requirements of the islamic republic ofiran's foreign policy in confronting this challenge? in order to answer this question, while using the discourse theory, using the analytical descriptive method, as well as the theoretical framework of the international society derived from the english school and liberal realism,some of the most important challenges of the coexistence of the taliban with the internationalcommunity, such as the regressive and petrified teachings of the taliban, the absence of thecharacteristics of a comprehensive government in the domestic arena, terrorist background, non-recognition of democracy, ethnic identity base, non-recognition by foreign governments, water disputes with neighboring countries, economic and financial bankruptcy, borderconflicts, independence movements and currents. however, the increase in drug production and the prevention of women's education and employment have been recorded.
