بررسی تحول دکترین امنیتی آمریکا در غرب آسیا و الزامات راهبردی جمهوری اسلامی ایران 2009_2022 (مطالعه موردی افغانستان)

مقاله پیشِرو باهدف بررسی دکترین سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکادرخاورمیانه با تمرکزبرافغانستان بین سال های 2009_2022 حکایت ازاین داردکه یکی ازمهمترین جنبه های سیاست های خارجی ایالات متحده پیرامون خاورمیانه ومنطقه غرب آسیا بوده و کلیه استراتژی ها و سیاست های اعلامی و عملی آمریکادرخصوص تحولات منطقه و افغانستان با توجه به تحولات اخیر یعنی روی کار آمدن طالبان در این کشور اهمیتی وافر برای وضعیت منطقه خاورمیانه دارد.از منابع کتابخانه ای برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است.در این راستا با استفاده از نظریه ی واقع گرایی در پی پاسخ به این سوال هستیم که دکترین سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکا در خاورمیانه بین سال های 2009_2022 بر اساس رویکرد نگاه به شرق و مدیریت هزینه ها دچار چه تغییر و تحولاتی شده است؟ تغییر و تحولات دکترین امنیتی آمریکا در غرب آسیا از سال 2009 تا 2022 مبتنی بر ائتلاف سازی و مدیریت هزینه ها در منطقه ، پیگیری منافع از طریق متحدین ، همچنین به دلیل نگاه به شرق و هزینه هایی که در خاورمیانه متحمل شده است، شاهد تغییراتی شامل کاهش دخالت نظامی ، نبرد با القاعده در افغانستان و کاهش دخالت همه جانبه در غرب آسیا بوده است. در نتیجه با اعلام اولویت استراتژیک جدید رقابت با قدرت های بزرگ و به ویژه چین، تغییری دراستراتژی خود ایجاد کرده و با تمرکز بر افزایش حضور خوددر شرق آسیا، به دنبال بهینه سازی حضورخود در کل جهان است. خاورمیانه هم از این امر مستثنی نشده است وکاهش وتغییرحضورنیروهای آمریکایی درمنطقه به ویژه در افغانستان وبسته شدن سه پایگاه آمریکایی درقطرو انتقال آنها به اردن همگی نشان ازتغییر وتحول دکترین سیاست خارجی آمریکا درخاورمیانه دارد.

investigating the evolution of american security doctrine in west asia and the strategic requirements of the islamic republic of iran 2009-2022 (case study of afghanistan)

the following article aims to examine the foreign policy doctrine of the united states of america in the middle east with a focus on afghanistan between 2009-2022. it tells that one of the most important aspects of the foreign policies of the united states is around the middle east and the west asian region, and all the strategies and policies announced and america'saction regarding the developments in the region and afghanistan is very important for the situation in the middle east region, considering the recent developments, i.e. the coming to power of the taliban in this country. in the following article, library sources are used to collect information. in this regard, by using the theory of realism, we are looking for an answer to the question that the foreign policy doctrine of the united states of america has undergone in the middle east between 2009-2022 based on the approach of looking to the east and cost management. the changes and evolutions of american security doctrine in west asia from 2009 to 2022 based on coalition building and cost management in the region, pursuing interests through allies, also due to looking to the east and the costs incurred in the middle east, witnessed changes including the reduction of military involvement has been the fight against al-qaeda in afghanistan and the reduction of all-round involvement in west asia. as a result, by announcing the new strategic priority of competing with big powers andespecially china, it has made a change in its strategy and by focusing on increasing its presence in east asia, it seeks to optimize its presence in the whole world. the middle east is not exempt from this, and the reduction and change of the presence of american forces in the region, especially in afghanistan, and the closing of three american bases in qatar and theirtransfer to jordan, all indicate the change and evolution of the american foreign policy doctrine in the middle east.
