آسیایی شدن: خوانشی جدید از راهبرد نگاه به شرق

طی سالیان اخیر راهبرد نگاه به شرق تبدیل به یکی از اصلی‌ترین مباحث مربوط به سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران شده است. علی‌رغم تاکیدات مکرر بر این راهبرد، یکی از مشکلات اصلی عدم تبیین دقیق از آن و ارائه تعاریف متفاوت از واژه شرق است. از طرف دیگر، در دهه‌های اخیر، و مخصوصاً پس از آغاز هزاره جدید، شاهد خیزش آسیا و افزایش نقش کشورهای این قاره در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل بوده‌ایم و به تبع آن موج گسترش روابط با کشورهای آسیایی هم افزایش یافته است که از سوی عده‌ای آسیایی شدن یا چرخش به آسیا نامیده شده است. اکنون این پرسش مطرح می‌گردد که آیا می‌توان خوانش جدیدی از سیاست نگاه به شرق جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس ایده آسیایی شدن ارائه داد؟ به علاوه با توجه به تحولات نظام بین‌الملل و جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، راهبرد نگاه به شرق چه جایگاهی در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران خواهد داشت؟ بررسی‌های پژوهش حاضر ذیل روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و براساس منابع کتابخانه‌ای خوانش جدیدی از نگاه به شرق را مطرح نمود که ذیل سیاست چرخش به آسیا و اصلاحاً آسیایی شدن قرار می‌گیرد. نهایتاً با بررسی تاریخچه نگاه به شرق در جمهوری اسلامی ایران پیش‌بینی شد که راهبرد نگاه به شرق جمهوری اسلامی و مشخصاً آسیایی شدن حداقل در چند سال آینده محتمل‌ترین گزینه‌ای است که دستگاه سیاست خارجی به پیگیری آن خواهد پرداخت.

asianization: a new interpretation of look to east policy

“look to east” strategy has become one of the main themes related to the foreign policy of the islamic republic of iran in recent years. despite the repeated emphasis on this strategy, one of the main problems in this field is the lack of a precise explanation and different definitions of the word east. on the other hand, in recent decades, and especially after the beginning of the new millennium, we have witnessed the rise of asia and the increasing role of the asian countries in international relations. the question posing itself is whether it is possible to forge a bridge between look to east and rise of asia. the investigations of the current research under the descriptive-analytical method and based on library sources presented a new reading of looking to the east, categorized under the policy of pivot to asia or more specifically “asianization”. in addition, it became clear that this policy is a global trend that has been implemented in different countries of the world. finally, by examining the history of look to east policy in the islamic republic of iran, it became clear that the strategy is the most likely option that the foreign policy apparatus of the islamic republic of iran will pursue, at least in the next few years.
