تقابل آمریکا و چین در ابتکار کمربند و راه و بررسی نقش ایران

در سال‌های اخیر تقابل آمریکا و چین شکل نمایان‌تری به خود گرفته است؛ به‌طوری‌که دو کشور در مناطق مختلف جهان و در عرصه‌های گوناگون سیاسی، ژئوپلیتیک، اقتصادی و امنیتی با یکدیگر مواجه هستند. یکی از عرصه‌های تقابل آمریکا و چین، ابتکار کمربند و راه چین است که اجرای آن چین را به قدرتی برتر در خشکی تبدیل خواهد کرد. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی نقش ایران در تقابل آمریکا و چین بوده و پرداختن به این موضوع از آن جهت اهمیت داشته است که ایران بخشی از مسیر ابتکار کمربند و راه است و مناسبات هر دو طرف تقابل یعنی آمریکا و چین با ایران از جهاتی منحصربه‌فرد است: آمریکا در تقابل با ایران و چین در تعامل با ایران. پرسش اصلی پژوهش عبارت بوده است از اینکه «نقش ایران در تقابل آمریکا و چین ذیل ابتکار کمربند و راه چیست؟» این پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌های اسنادی - کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه نخبگانی غیرساختمند و با رویکردی توصیفی - تحلیلی انجام شده و فرایند دست‌یابی به پاسخی برای پرسش اصلی، از طریق تبیین تقابل آمریکا و چین و سپس بررسی همراهی یا عدم همراهی ایران با طرف‌های تقابل بوده است. دستاورد این پژوهش، تبیین نقش و تاثیر ایران در تقابل آمریکا و چین در ابتکار کمربند و راه بوده و در پایان نتیجه‌گیری شده است که حضور ایران به‌عنوان عاملی موازنه‌ساز باعث سنگینی کفه تقابل به سود چین خواهد بود.
