چکیده
|
با حمله آمریکا به عراق در سال 2003، رژیم بعثی به رهبری صدام حسین با فروپاشی روبه‌رو شد و دولت مردان آمریکایی مسئولیت امنیت‌سازی و تشکیل دولت نوین در عراق را برعهده گرفتند. براساس استراتژی اولیه آمریکا در دولت جدید عراق، بسیاری از جریان‌های عرب سنی با مسئله طرد و حاشیه‌راندگی مواجه شدند. اما تحولات بعدی در عراق و چیدمان قدرت در این کشور برخلاف اهداف آمریکایی‌ها در حال پیشروی بود که این امر تجدیدنظر در استراتژی آمریکایی‌ها به دنبال تحولات رخ داده در عراق را به همراه داشت. آنچه که در مقاله پیش رو تحت عنوان سوال و مسئله اصلی مطرح شده این است که نقش و جایگاه اعراب سنی در راهبرد امنیتی آمریکا در قبال تحولات عراق بعد از سقوط رژیم صدام چیست؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشانگر این است که با وجود طرد اولیه اعراب سنی عراق از سوی آمریکا، به موازت قدرت گیری شیعیان و نفوذ ایران در عراق، این نیروها به عنوان یک اولویت استراتژیک در سیاست‌های راهبردی آمریکا جهت تعدیل تهدیدات جدید (شیعیان عراق، ایران) نهادینه گشتند.

Abstract
|
With the US invasion of Iraq in 2003, the Ba’athist regime led by Saddam Hussein collapsed and US governmentmen took over responsibility for security and the formation of a new government in Iraq. According to the initial US strategy in the new Iraqi government, many Sunni Arab currents faced the issue of exclusion and marginalization. But subsequent developments in Iraq and the establishment of power in that country were progressing against the goals of the Americans, which led to a revision of the American strategy following the developments in Iraq. What is the main question in the forthcoming article is what is the role and position of the Sunni Arabs in the US security strategy in the face of the developments in Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein? The findings show that the United States’s security strategy in Iraq is based on upsetting the balance of power and weakening the power of the Shiites and Iran, and in this regard has tried to use the capabilities of the Sunni Arabs in Iraq
