تعاملات سعودی- چینی و پیامدهای آن برای امنیت ایران

یکی از حوزه‌های مهم تاثیرگذار بر امنیت ملی و منطقه‌ای ایران از آغاز هزاره جدید میلادی تعاملات رو به افزایش چین و عربستان سعودی بوده است. هدف مقاله حاضر در کنار توصیف روندهای منجر به توسعه روابط چین و عربستان سعودی پاسخگویی به این سوال بوده که «گسترش روابط چین (یکی از قدرت‌های بزرگ نزدیک به ایران) و عربستان سعودی (مهم‌ترین رقیب منطقه‌ای ایران) از آغاز هزاره جدید میلادی چه پیامدهای امنیتی برای ایران به همراه داشته است؟» این مقاله ضمن اذعان به روابط رو به افزایش دو کشور در حوزه‌های موضوعی مختلف و با اتکا بر روش توصیفی تبیینی بر این نظر بوده که توسعه روابط چین و عربستان می‌تواند با انزوای ایران و پیامدهای امنیتی در سطوح ملی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی همراه باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داده است که این رابطه فزاینده در سطح ملی و در دو بخش اقتصادی زمینه را برای آسیب به ایران در انتقال انرژی و جذب سرمایه خارجی و در حوزه سیاسی، تضعیف توان دفاعی و تثبیت تلقی تهدیدمحور از ایران را فراهم می‌کند. این روابط در سطح منطقه‌ای باعث تغییر توازن قدرت منطقه‌ای به زیان ایران و انفعال آگاهانه بیشتر چین در بحران‌های منطقه‌ای شده است و در نهایت می‌تواند در عرصه بین‌المللی زمینه نهادینه شدن بیشتر چین در نظم موجود بین‌المللی و افزایش توان اجماع‌سازی آمریکا و متحدان منطقه‌ای آن علیه ایران را به‌خصوص در شرایط بحران مهیا کند.

china and saudi arabia: relations expansion in new millennium and consequences for iran security

one of the important effective zones on iran’s national and regional security from the beginning of the new anno domini millennium, has been the increasing relations between china and saudi arabia. the aim of present article besides description of procedures that led to development the china and saudi arabia’s relation, is answering to this question that what is the safety outcomes of expansion relation between china (as a one near superpowers to iran) and saudi arabia (as an important regional rival of iran) from the beginning of the new anno domini millennium on iran? this article besides mentioning to the incremental relations of the two countries in different fields and by reliance on explanatorydescriptive method believes that the development of china and saudi arabia’s relationship can accompany with iran’s isolation and safety outcomes in national, regional and international arenas. the consequences of this research show that this increasing relation in national area especially in economic zone, makes a context for harming iran in transferring energy and absorption of foreign capital and in political zone, causes to debilitating the defensive capacity and confirms the menace basement attitude of iran. this relation in regional level causes to changing the balance of regional power against iran and passivity of china in regional crisis and eventually in international area, makes china more normative in present international order and increases the america and its regional alliances’ capacity in making consensus against iran, especially in crisis situation.
