چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و واکاوی صلاحیت حرفه ای نومعلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 و دانشجومعلمان بر اساس تجارب زیسته اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان علامه طباطبایی لرستان بود. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان که تجربۀ تدریس همزمان در کلاس های دوره مهارت آموزی نومعلمان ماده 28 و دانشجومعلمان را داشتند تشکیل داد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و همچنین اشباع نظری تعداد 12 نفر انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام و با روش کدگذاری موضوعی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. مجموع یافته های این پژوهش 202 مضمون پایه در زمینه صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان در سه مضمون اصلی مهارت علمی، مهارت حرفه ای و مهارت اخلاقی دسته بندی شدند. یافت ها نشان داد نومعلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 در دو مضمون اصلی مهارت علمی و حرفه ای نسبت به دانشجومعلمان عملکرد ضعیف تری داشتند. در بعد مهارت اخلاقی نومعلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 به اقتضای سن بالاتر نسبت به دانشجومعلمان مثبت تر ارزیابی شدند. از یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که اجرای برنامه آماده سازی نومعلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 در دو حیطه مهارت علمی و حرفه ای در دوره آموزشی طولانی مدت تر می تواند به افزایش صلاحیت حرفه ای و آموزشی آنان در زمان تدریس در مدرسه موثر باشد.

Abstract
|
the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the professional competence of new article 28 trainee teachers and student teachers based on the lived experiences of professors at allameh tabatabaei university of education in lorestan. the research method was qualitative and phenomenological, and the statistical population included all professors at farhangian university who had experience teaching simultaneously in the skill training courses for new teachers under article 28 and student teachers. using purposive sampling and theoretical saturation, 12 people were selected. data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic coding. the total findings of this study were 202 basic themes in the field of teachers' professional competencies, which were categorized into three main themes: scientific skills, professional skills, and ethical skills. the findings showed that new teachers trained under article 28 performed worse than student teachers in the two main themes of scientific and professional skills. in the dimension of moral skills, new teachers trained under article 28 were evaluated more positively than student teachers due to their older age. from the research findings, it can be concluded that implementing the training program for new teachers under article 28 in the two areas of scientific and professional skills in a longer training period can be effective in increasing their professional and educational qualifications while teaching at school.
