ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی فرم کوتاه مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان

به دلیل نقش محوری اخلاق در تعلیم و تربیت نوجوانان، طی دهه های گذشته منش اخلاقی به طرز چشمگیری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی شاخص های روان سنجی فرم کوتاه مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان انجام شد. فرم کوتاه مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان دارای شش مولفه (آداب گرایانه/گستاخانه، پارسایانه/انکارورزانه، وظیفه گرا/تساهل گرا، بخشش گرا/تقابل گرا، تبعیت گرا/طغیان گرا و وارستگی/دلبستگی) و همچنین 18 گویه است. این مقیاس با اقتباس از مقیاس منش اخلاقی بزرگسالان (خرمائی و قائمی، 1397) تهیه شده است. فرم بلند مقیاس منش اخلاقی با مطالعه مهم ترین منابع اخلاق اسلامی و همچنین مصاحبه با صاحب نظران و دانشجویان استخراج شده است. به منظور بررسی شاخص های روان سنجی فرم کوتاه مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان، تعداد 540 دانش آموز (256 پسر و 284 دختر) مقطع متوسطه اول و دوم شهر شیراز به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس منش اخلاقی پاسخ دادند. به منظور تعیین روایی این ابزار از روش های تحلیل عامل تاییدی و روایی ملاکی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی ساختار 6 عاملی مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان را مورد تایید قرار داد. نتایج روایی ملاکی نیز همبستگی نمره کل مقیاس منش اخلاقی ونمره زیر مقیاس های آن را با نمره کل مقیاس رفتارهای آسیب زای تحصیلی و زیر مقیاس های آن و همچنین نمره مقیاس رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی تایید کرد. همچنین، برای بررسی پایایی این مقیاس از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای تمام زیر مقیاس ها و نمره کل مناسب بود. بنابراین، مقیاس منش اخلاقی نوجوانان در فرهنگ ایرانی قابلیت کاربردی دارد و می تواند در پژوهش های مرتبط با روان شناسی و اخلاق نوجوانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

psychometric properties of the short form of the adolescent moral character scale

given the central role of ethics in the education of adolescents, moral character has gained remarkable attention over the past decades. in that regard, the present study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the short form of the adolescent moral character scale. the short form of the scale comprises six components (etiquette / rudeness, pious / denialist, conscientiousness / procrastination, forgiveness / confrontation, submissive / rebellious, and independent / dependent) and includes 18 items. this scale was adapted from the adult moral character scale (khormaei ghaemi, 2018). the long form of the moral character scale was developed through a review of key islamic ethical sources and interviews with experts and students. to evaluate the psychometric properties of the adolescent moral character scale, 540 middle and high school students (256 boys and 284 girls) from shiraz were selected using cluster random sampling and completed the moral character scale. in order to determine the validity of this tool, confirmatory factor analysis and criterion validity methods were used. the data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, which confirmed the six-factor structure of the adolescent moral character scale. the results of criterion validity also confirmed the correlation of the total score of the moral character scale and its sub-scales with the total score of the academic destructive behaviors scale and its sub-scales, as well as the score of the academic citizenship behaviors scale. additionally, cronbach's alpha was used to assess the scale's reliability, and the results indicated suitable reliability for all subscales and the total score. therefore, the adolescent moral character scale is applicable within the iranian cultural context and can be effectively used in research related to adolescent ethics.
