مطالعه مقایسهای سه روش القای فحلی و میزان باروری در میش‌‌های نژاد افشار

همزمان‌سازی فحلی، روشی ارزشمند در مدیریت تولیدمثلی میش ها محسوب می شود. همچنین به دلیل شرایط و مشکلات موجود در تهیه داروی pmsg (pregnant mare serum gonadotropin) در کشور ایران، دامپزشکان به دنبال روشی جایگزین می‌باشند. لذا در مطالعه حاضر به مقایسه 3 روش همزمان‌سازی فحلی و میزان باروری در گوسفندهای نژاد افشار در خارج از فصل تولید‌مثلی با استفاده از سیدر+pmsg ، سیدر+hmg (human menopausal gonadotropin) و سیدر+hmg+استرادیول پرداخته شد. تعداد 200 راس میش به طور تصادفی به 4 گروه50 راسی تقسیم شدند که شامل: گروه‌های شاهد، تیمار 1، تیمار 2 و تیمار 3 بودند. برای همه گروه‌ها به مدت 12 روز سیدر‌های پروژسترونی شرکت ابوریحان کارگزاری شد. گروه شاهد بعد از خارج‌سازی سیدر، دارویی دریافت نکرد، اما به گوسفندان تیمار 1، 500 واحد pmsg، به گوسفندان تیمار 2، یک آمپول hmg و به گوسفندان تیمار 3، یک آمپول hmg+ 0.1 میلی‌لیتر استرادیول تزریق گردید. نتایج به دست‎آمده از بروز علایم فحلی و باروری در گروه‌ها مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت و تفاوت بین میش های دو گروه pmsg و hmg ، معنی دار نبود (0.05>p). لذا به نظر می رسد که استفاده از hmg می‌تواند روش مناسبی برای جایگزینی pmsg باشد.

Comparative study of three methods on estrous induction and it`s fertility rate in ewe

Ewes have seasonal estrous cycle so Estrus synchronization is a valuable way to manage ewes reproduction . Due to the existing conditions and some problems in preparation of PMSG in Iran, we should looking for an alternative method , Therefore, in this study Comparison of estrus synchronization and fertility in Afshar sheep out of breeding season was done with these methods. Group1 CIDR+PMSG. Group2 CIDR+HMG. Group3 CIDR+HMG+Estradiol.200 nonpregnant Afshar ewes are divided randomly in 4 different groups (n=50). Estrus was synchronized in all groups by using Abu Reihan progesterone CIDR for 12 days. At the CIDR removal, in group1 any treatment were not received ,in group2 they were received PMSG(500 UI),in group3 they were received HMG (1 vial) and finally in last group they were received HMG(a vial) + Estradiol(0.1 mL). The results of Incidence of estrus and fertility symptoms in the groups were analyzed. P value between the first and Second group was not significant(P value <0.05), which seams there is no significant difference between these two groups.The results from the occurrence of estrus and fertility in ewes were analyzed. Therefore, to replace PMSG , using HMG in estrus synchronization of ewes can be a good way.
