مطالعۀ تاکسونومی عددی جنس artemisia l.(asteraceae) در استان اصفهان

Artemisia l. بزرگ‌ترین جنس قبیلۀ  anthemideaeو یکی از جنس‌های بزرگ در خانوادۀasteraceae  است. در سطح جهانی، تعداد گونه‌های این جنس بیش از 500 گونه است که در کشور ایران 34 گونه و در استان اصفهان هشت گونه از آن گزارش شده است. پراکنش وسیع گونه‌های artemisia در ایران، این جنس را عنصر غالب رویشگاههای ایرانی تورانی کرده است. به‌‌منظور مطالعات ریخت‌شناسی جنس artemisia، صفات کمی و کیفی مربوط به ساختارهای زایشی و رویشی گیاه در 64 نمونۀ‌ مطالعه‌‌شده، جمع‌‌آوری شد؛ سپس براساس صفات ریخت‌شناسی استخراج‌‌شده از گونه‌ها و با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزارهای 6.5  genalexو2.02  ntsys نمودارهای خوشه‌ای و تجزیه به مولفۀ اصلی(pcoa) رسم شد. در نمودار خوشه‌ای، گونه‌های سه زیرجنسseriphidium besser ex less. ، dracunculus besser rydb. و artemisia در خوشه‌های مجزا و در کنار هم قرار گرفتند و نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد برخی صفات مانند جنسیت و حالت گل‌های کلاپرک، وضعیت کرک در ساقه و نهنج، وجودداشتن یا وجودنداشتن دمبرگ برگ‌های قاعده‌ای و میانی، وضعیت کرک در دو طرف سطح برگ و نیز شکل برگه‌های بیرونی و پوشش کرکی آنها، ارزش تاکسونومیکی بیشتری دارند. درنهایت، کلید شناسایی گونه‌های artemisia استان اصفهان تهیه شد.

A Numerical Taxonomic Study of the Genus Artemisia L. (Asteraceae) in Isfahan Province

Artemisia L. is the largest genus of the Anthemideae tribe and one of the largest genera in the family Asteraceae. Globally, the number of species of this genus has been more than 500 species, of which 34 species have been reported in Iran and 8 species in Isfahan province. The wide distribution of Artemisia species in Iran makes this genus one of the main elements of the IranoTuranian region. In order to morphologically investigate the genus Artemisia, quantitative and qualitative characters related to reproductive and vegetative structures of this plant were collected in 64 samples. Based on morphological characters resulted from the specimens using GenAlEx 6.5 and NTsys 2.02 software, cluster diagrams and principal component analysis (PCoA) were drawn. In the cluster diagram, the Seriphidium Besser ex Less. Dracunculus Besser Rydb. and Artemisia subgenera were placed in separate clusters and next to each other. The results of the present study showed that some traits such as gender and situation of flowers in the capitulum, indumentum of the stem and receptacle, the situation of petiole at the basal and middle leaves, trichrome on both sides of the leaf surface, and the shape of outer phyllaries and their indumentum have more taxonomic value. Finally, an identification key of the Artemisia species in Isfahan province was provided.
