بازیابی رده‌بندی و جایگاه حفاظتی گونۀ انحصاری و نادر ophrys turcomanica (orchidaceae) در فلور ایران

گونۀ انحصاری و نادر ophrys turcomanica پس از گذشت حدود نیم‌‌قرن بعد از نخستین گزارش آن در فلورا ایرانیکا، از محل نمونۀ تیپ آن در استان گلستان، برای هرباریوم مرکزی ایران (tari) جمع‌‌آوری شد. دربارۀ جایگاه رده‌‌بندی این گونه که در برخی منابع، گونۀ هم‌‌نام با آرایه‌‌هایo. sphegodes subsp. mammosa var. transhyrcana، o. sphegodes subsp. transhyrcana و o. sphegodes subsp mammosa ذکر شده است، براساس شواهد حاصل از مطالعۀ ریخت‌‌شناسی نمونۀ جمع‌‌آوری‌‌شدۀ جدید و مقایسه با آرایه‌های هم‌‌نام ذکرشده، بحث و درنهایت، در جایگاه گونه‌‌ای مستقل تایید شد. شرح گونه ارائه شد. به‌‌منظور تعیین جایگاه حفاظتی گونه براساس شیوه‌نامۀ اتحادیۀ جهانی حفاظت از طبیعت (iucn)، جمعیت‌های این گونه براساس سه معیار: میزان حضور، سطح تحت اشغال و اندازۀ جمعیت، مطالعه شد. براساس شواهد میدانی و محاسبات قطعۀ نمونه، سطح تحت اشغال گونه،300 متر مربع و میزان حضور آن یک کیلومتر مربع اندازه‌‌گیری شد؛ بنابراین جایگاه حفاظتی این گونه به‌‌طور قوی در سطح «در بحران انقراض (cr)» تعیین شد. تصاویر نمونه و گل آذین آن در رویشگاه تیپ ارائه شد.

Restoration of Taxonomy and the Conservation Status of the Iranian Endemic and Rare Species Ophrys turcomanica (Orchidaceae) in the Flora of Iran

The endemic and rare species of Ophrys turcomanica is collected for the central herbarium of Iran (TARI) from its type locality in Golestan province after about half a century from its first report in the Flora Iranica. Based on the evidence obtained from the morphological study of the newlycollected sample, the taxonomic status of this species which is often mentioned as the synonym of O. sphegodes subsp. mammosa, O. sphegodes subsp. transhyrcana and O. sphegodes subsp. mammosa var. transhyrcana is discussed. The description of the species is provided. To evaluate its conservation status based on the IUCN method, the populations of this species are studied by three criteria: Extent of Occurrence (EOO), Area of Occupancy (AOO), and the size of the population. Based on field evidence and calculations of the sample plot, the area occupied by the species is 300 m2 and its presence is 1 km2. Therefore, the conservation status of this species is strongly determined at the level of ‘critically endangered(CR)’. Images of the habitat and inflorescence are presented.
