بررسی تاریخچه درمانی بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس قبل از درمان با داروهای بیولوژیک و عوامل مرتبط با آن

زمینه و هدف: پسوریازیس در موارد شدیدتر، به درمان‌های بیولوژیک نیاز دارد. تاکنون مطالعه‌ای درخصوص اندیکاسیون‌های قطعی برای انتخاب نوع و زمان شروع درمان بیولوژیک در بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس در ایران انجام نشده است.روش اجرا: در این مطالعه مقطعی، تمام بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس تحت درمان بیولوژیک که طی شش ماه مراجعه کردند، ارزیابی شدند و اطلاعات موردنیاز ثبت و آنالیز شد.یافته‌ها: 50 بیمار در این مطالعه تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند. 25 نفر از فتوتراپی به‌منظور درمان پسوریازیس استفاده کرده بودند (50%). تمامی آن‌ها از درمان‌های موضعی و 47 نفر از درمان‌های سیستمیک (94%) استفاده کرده بودند. آدالیموماب با 74% شایع‌ترین داروی بیولوژیک مصرفی بود. 24% بیماران از اینفلیکسیماب و 4% از اتانرسپت استفاده می‌کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: شایع‌ترین درمان بیولوژیک در بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس در این مطالعه، آدالیموماب می‌باشد. با توجه به وجود ریسک‌فاکتورهای قلبی عروقی و هم‌چنین bmi بالا در تعداد قابل توجهی از بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس تحت درمان بیولوژیک و تاثیر bmi بر پاسخ به درمان، مداخلات به‌منظور رساندن bmi این افراد به سطح مطلوب لازم می‌باشد.
