نقش rna بلند غیرکدکننده در پاتوژنز، پیش‌آگهی و درمان سرطان پوست غیرملانومی

اختلال در تنظیم rna بلند غیرکد‌کننده ممکن است منجر به بیماری‌های مختلفی ازجمله سرطان شود. اخیراً بسیاری از lincrnaها به‌دلیل نقش مهم‌شان در ملانوم، cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cscc) و basal cell carcinoma (bcc) کشف شده‌اند. این rna بلند غیرکد‌کننده در تکثیر سلول‌های سرطانی پوست، رگ‌زایی، تهاجم و متاستاز نقش دارند. برخی از rnaهای بلند غیرکد‌کننده وجود دارند که در nonmelanoma skin cancer (nmsc) تنظیم مثبتی دارند؛ از جمله picsar، precsit، linc01048، malat1، linc00319، ak144841 در scc و h19، casc15 و spry4-it در bcc. در مقابل، برخی از rna بلند غیرکد‌کننده وجود دارند که در scc تنظیم منفی می‌کنند؛ ازجمله tincr، smrt-2 و linc00520.بسیاری از rna غیرکد‌کننده‌ها به‌طور خاص در برخی بافت‌ها یا سلول‌ها بیان می‌شوند و برخی دیگر با مرحله‌بندی تومور، مقاومت دارویی و پیش‌آگهی ارتباط دارند ازاین‌رو، rna غیرکد‌کننده می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزارهای تشخیصی و پیش‌آگهی در سرطان‌های پوست استفاده شود.

dysregulation of long non-coding rna may lead to various diseases including cancer. recently, many lincrnas have been discovered for their important roles in melanoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (scc), and basal cell carcinoma (bcc). these long non-coding rnas are involved in skin cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion, and metastasis.some long non-coding rnas are upregulated in non-melanoma skin cancer (nmsc), including picsar, precsit, linc01048, malat1, linc00319, ak144841 in scc and h19, casc15, spry4-it in bcc. in contrast, some long non-coding rnas are down-regulated in scc, including tincr, smrt-2, and linc00520.many non-coding rnas are specifically expressed in certain tissues or cells, and others are associated with tumor staging, drug resistance, and prognosis. hence, non-coding rnas can be used as diagnostic and prognostic tools in skin cancers.
