تصویر بدنی و آمپوتاسیون: ارزیابی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس تصویر بدنی در افراد آمپوته

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس تصویر بدنی در افراد آمپوته بود. روش اجرا: یک نمونه‌ی 200 نفری از جانبازان قطع عضو و افراد قطع عضو تحت پوشش هلال احمر با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به نسخه‌ی فارسی مقیاس تصویر بدنی در افراد قطع عضو، مقیاس سازگاری اجتماعی بل و مقیاس رضایت از نواحی بدن پاسخ دادند. پایایی این مقیاس با استفاده از روش همسانی درونی و همبستگی مجموعه‌ی ماده محاسبه شد. همچنین به‌منظور بررسی روایی مقیاس از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، روایی ملاکی و روایی همگرا استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0.89) و همبستگی‌های مجموعه ماده نشان داد که پایایی این مقیاس در حد مطلوبی بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ساختار تک‌عاملی مقیاس را تایید کرد. همچنین روایی ملاکی این مقیاس با مقیاس سازگاری اجتماعی بل و روایی همگرا با مقیاس رضایت از نواحی بدن مطلوب گزارش شد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد نسخه‌ی فارسی مقیاس تصویر بدنی در افراد قطع عضو ابزار مناسبی برای اندازه‌گیری تصویر بدنی در این افراد است و می‌تواند در زمینه‌های پژوهشی و درمانی در نمونه‌ی ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Body image and amputation: Evaluation of psychometric properties of the Amputee Body Image Scale (ABIS)

Background and Aim: The aim of present study was to evaluate psychometric properties of the Amputee the Body Image Scale (ABIS).Methods: A sample of 200 amputee patients were selected from amputee veteran and amputee people under the protection of Red Cerscent by using convenience sampling and asked to respond to the Persian version of The Amputee Body Image Scale (ABIS), Bell Adjustment Inventory (BAI) and Body Areas Satisfaction Scale (BASS). The reliability of the inventory was assessed by internal consistency and itemrest correlations. Also; in order to investigate the validity of the inventory, confirmatory factor analysis, criterion validity and convergent validity were used.Results: The Cronbach rsquo;s alpha (0.89) and itemrest correlations indicated satisfactory reliability of the inventory. The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed one factor structure for scale. Also, criterion validity of the scale with the Bell Adjustment Inventory (BAI) and convergent validity of the scale with the Body Areas Satisfaction Scale (BASS) was satisfactory.Conclusion: The findings showed that the Persian version of the Amputee Body Image Scale is a suitable tool in assessing of body image in amputee patients and can be used in research and intervention fields in Iranian patients.
