نقش واسطه‌ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و آسیب‌شناسی روانی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی شهر کرمانشاه

زمینه و هدف: جراحی زیبایی از پدیده های رایج دهه های اخیر است. شیوع اختلالات روانی در متقاضیان جراحی زیبایی بالا است، لذا کشف مسیرها و متغیرهای تاثیرگذار در ارتباط با آسیب روانی در این افراد مهم است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه ی نقش واسطه ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سبک های دل بستگی و آسیب شناسی روانی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی انجام گرفت.روش اجرا: پژوهش توصیفی و مبتنی بر مدل های همبستگی بود. جامعه شامل کلیه ی زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی مراجعه کننده به مراکز تخصصی جراحی زیبایی شهر کرمانشاه بودند که 300 نفر با نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و داده ها با پرسش نامه های سبک های دل بستگی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان و آسیب شناسی روانی جمع آوری و با نرم افزار spss 22 و isrel 8.8 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: مدل فرضی پژوهش با داده های تجربی برازش مطلوب دارند. رابطه ی سبک های دل بستگی و آسیب شناسی روانی به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معنادار بود. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان دهنده ی نقش واسطه ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سبک های دل بستگی و آسیب شناسی روانی بود.نتیجه گیری: سبک های دل بستگی و دشواری تنظیم هیجان می توانند در زمینه ی پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان آسیب های روانی و ارتقای سطح سلامت روانی زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی موثر باشند.

The mediating role of difficulties in excitement adjustment on the relationship between attachment styles and psychopathology in female applicants of cosmetic surgery in Kermanshah

Background and Aim: Cosmetic surgery is one of the most common phenomena in recent decades. Due to high prevalence of psychiatric disorders among the cosmetic surgery applicants, it is important to explore the pathways and variables which affect mental health of these people. The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of difficulties in excitement adjustment in the relationship between attachment styles and psychopathology in women undergoing cosmetic surgery.Methods: The present study was descriptive and based on correlation models. The sample included all women who applied for cosmetic surgery who referred to the specialized surgical centers of Kermanshah, 300 of whom were selected by available sampling method. Data were collected by attachment styles. Excitement adjustment difficulty and psychopathology questionnaire and were analyzed by SPSS 22 and LISREL 8/8.Results: The hypothesized model of research is fitted with the experimental data. There was a significant relationship between attachment styles and psychopathology directly and indirectly. The results of path analysis indicated mediating role of the difficulties of excitement adjustment in the relationship between attachment styles and psychopathology.Conclusion: Attachment styles and difficulties in excitement adjustment can be effective in preventing, diagnosing and treating of mental disorders, and promoting mental health of cosmetic surgery applicants.
