چکیده
|
اﻣﺮوزه ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳﺮﯾﻊ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﻨﺎوری، ﻣﺤﯿﻂ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ای را ﺑﺮای ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ و از ﺳﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ از ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﻤﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﭘﯿﺪا ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﺑﻬﺮهوری در ﮐﺎر، ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع و اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﺑﺮای ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎی اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪﺷُﻤﺎر ﻣﯽرود. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ رﻫﺒﺮی ﺗﺤﻮلﮔﺮا ﺑﺮ ﺟﻠﻮهﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﮔﺮی ﻓﻨﺎوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﯿﻮه ﮔﺮدآوری و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوری دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻤﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 640 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ . ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، 242 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺪف و ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻣﻄﺮحﺷﺪه، ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﺟﻤﻊآوری دادهﻫﺎ از ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﻫﺒﺮی ﺗﺤﻮلآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺄس و آوﻟﯿﻮ ) 2000(، ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻘﯿﻤﯽ )1398( و ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺤﻤﺪی )1392( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار spss وﯾﺮاﺳﺖ 25 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و از آﻣﺎره ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رﻫﺒﺮی ﺗﺤﻮلﮔﺮا و ﺟﻠﻮهﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ رﻫﺒﺮی ﺗﺤﻮلﮔﺮا و ﻓﻨﺎوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﺟﻠﻮهﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری وﺟﻮد دارد و درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﺎوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رﻫﺒﺮی ﺗﺤﻮﻟﮕﺮا و ﺟﻠﻮهﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ دارد و در اﻧﺘﻬﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدﻫﺎی ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی ﺑﺮای ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﯾﺎدﺷﺪه اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.

Abstract
|
today, rapid environmental, organizational, and technological changes have created a complex competitive environment for organizations, and on the other hand, with the realization of organizational productivity, it improves in terms of quantity and quality. productivity at work is considered the most important issue and the most fundamental issue for the success of social systems. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of transformational leadership on the manifestations of organizational productivity with the mediation of information technology in the kerman provincial police headquarters. this study is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and a descriptive-survey study in terms of its method of collecting and analyzing information, which has been conducted in the field to collect data. the statistical population of this study includes all employees of the kerman provincial police headquarters, 640 people. the statistical sample was 242 people, tested by simple random sampling according to the cochran formula, according to the purpose and the hypotheses raised. to collect data, three standard questionnaires of transformational leadership by bass and avolio (2000), organizational productivity questionnaire by moghimi (2019), and information technology questionnaire by mohammadi (2013) were used. data analysis was performed with spss version 25 software and descriptive and inferential statistics were used. the results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational productivity manifestations, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and information technology, there is a significant relationship between information technology and organizational productivity manifestations, and finally, the amount of use of information technology plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational productivity manifestations, and finally, practical suggestions were presented for the above statistical population.
