بررسی تطبیقی وضع موجود و مطلوب کیفیت خدمات انتظامی در بین کلانتری‌های شهر ایلام

زمینه و هدف: فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران سازمانی یا مجموعه وظایف گسترده و اهداف متعدد در سطح کلان است و نیازمند تعالی و توسعه منایع و استفاده از خدمات انتظامی و مدیریتی یا کیفیتی مطلوب می باشد. در این راستا مقاله کنونی با هدف بهبود کیفیت خدمات انتظامی به مقایسه وضع موجود و مطلوب کیفیت خدمات انتظامی در بین کلانتریهای شهر ایلام می پردازد.روش روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، از لحاظ پارادایم کمی با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری و تحلیل دادهها نیز از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی غیر آزمایشی به شمار میرود که از بین روشهای توصیفی از روش علی - مقایه ای استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه مراجعه کنندگان به 5 کلانتری انتظامی در شهر ایلام در یازه پیمایش بودند که تعداد 200 پرسش نامه یا استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای توزیع شد. روایی ایزار پژوهش توسط صاحب نظران موضوع و روایی سازه و پایایی آن یا محانیة ضریب آلفای کرونیات شد. تحلیل داده ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استیاطی یا استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شد. یزری یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که کیفیت خدمات انتظامی در بین کلانتریهای مختلف شهر ایلام متفاوت است.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که از نظر مولفه های شواهد فیزیکی، اطمینان خاطر، پاسخ گویی، تضمین و همدلی بن وضع موجود و وضع مطلوب تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین ضرورت دارد برای تقویت کیفیت خدمات انتظامی در کلانتری های شهر ایلام تلاش کرد.

a comparative study of the current and desired quality of police services among the police stations of ilam city

abstractbackground and purpose: the law enforcement command of the islamic republic of iran is an organization with a wide range of tasks and multiple goals at the macro level, and it requires excellence and development of resources and the use of law enforcement and management services with a favorable quality. in this regard, with the aim of improving the quality of police services, the current article compares the current and desired quality of police services among police stations in ilam city.method: the research method used in this research is quantitative in terms of paradigm; according to the purpose, it is practical, and in terms of data collection and analysis, it is considered a non-experimental descriptive research, which was used among the descriptive methods, the causal-comparative method.the statistical population of the research included all those who referred to 5 police stations in ilam city during the survey period, and 200 questionnaires were distributed using a stratified random sampling method. the validity of the research tool was checked by subject matter experts, and the construct validity and reliability were checked by calculating the cronbach's alpha coefficient. data analysis was done in two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics using spss software.findings: the findings of the research showed that the quality of police services is different among different police stations in ilam city.results: the results showed that there is a significant difference between the current situation and the desired situation in terms of the components of physical evidence, reliability, accountability, assurance, and empathy. therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen the quality of police services in ilam police stations
