بررسی تاثیر راهبردهای منابع انسانی در نظام بانکداری مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی

زمینه و هدف: پیشرفت فناوری بخش بانکداری در عصر مدرن مبتنی بر نوع خدمات ارائه شده بر حسب نیاز و تسهیلات مشتریان با پشتوانه راهبردهای منابع انسانی همراه با استفاده صحیح از فناوری های نوین است. هدف از پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر راهبردهای منابع انسانی در نظام بانکداری مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی بوده است.روش شناسی: روش تحقیق از جهت هدف، کاربردی است و براساس روش گردآوری داده‌‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر کارکنان بانک ملّی ایران در شهر تهران در سال 1402 می باشد. جامعه آماری نامحدود است و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و تعداد 410 پرسشنامه به روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس توزیع شد و تعداد 394 پرسشنامه جمع‌‌آوری شده است. ابزار گردآوری دادههای تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه است و پایایی پرسشنامه با برآورد ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سنجش شد که به میزان 0.838 بوده است. روایی ابزار تحقیق نیز با تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. همچنین داده‌‌ها توسط مدل‌‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزار smart-pls تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از آن است که راهبردهای منابع انسانی بر نگرش نسبت به فناوری هوش مصنوعی، دانش در فناوری هوش مصنوعی، خدمات مالی نوآورانه و سیستم بانکداری مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی تاثیر معناداری دارد. در نهایت، نگرش نسبت به فناوری هوش مصنوعی، دانش در فناوری هوش مصنوعی و خدمات مالی نوآورانه بر سیستم بانکداری مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی اثرگذار است.نتایج: راهبردهای منابع انسانی بر بخش خدمات مالی نوآورانه بیشترین تاثیر و خدمات مالی نوآورانه در بخش سیستم بانکداری مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی کمترین تاثیر را داشته است. البته باید در نظر داشت که شیوه رهبری مدیران منابع انسانی سازمان ها می تواند نقش سازنده و موثر داشته باشد.

investigating the impact of human resource strategies in the banking system based on artificial intelligence technology

background and objectives: the technological progress of the banking sector in the modern era is based on the type of services provided according to the needs and facilities of customers with the support of human resources strategies along with the correct use of new technologies. the purpose of the research was to investigate the impact of human resources strategies in the banking system based on artificial intelligence technology.method: the research method is applied in terms of its purpose and based on the method of data collection, it is a descriptive correlation type. the statistical data of the research includes the employees of the national bank of iran in tehran in 2023. the statistical population is unlimited and using cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample and 410 questionnaires were distributed by available sampling method and 394 questionnaires were collected. the data collection tool of this research is a questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire was measured by cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.838%. the validity of the research tool has also been confirmed by the confirmatory factor analysis technique. also, the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling and using smart-pls software.finding: the findings indicate that human resources strategies have a significant impact on the attitude towards artificial intelligence technology, knowledge in artificial intelligence technology, innovative financial services and banking system based on artificial intelligence technology. finally, the attitude towards artificial intelligence technology, knowledge in artificial intelligence technology and innovative financial services affect the banking system based on artificial intelligence technology.result: human resource strategies have the greatest impact on the innovative financial services sector and innovative financial services in the banking system sector based on artificial intelligence technology have had the least impact. of course, it should be kept in mind that the leadership style of human resource managers of organizations can play a constructive and effective role.
