تبیین ویژگی های پلیس بر رابطه ی بین بالندگی کارکنان و رضایت مردم در واحدهای اجرایی فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف : برای افزایش رضایت مردم، توجه به بالندگی کارکنان و تقویت ویژگی‌های مثبت آن‌ها ضروری است. همچنین، سازمان‌های انتظامی باید با ایجاد محیطی مناسب ، به بهبود عملکرد کارکنان و در نتیجه افزایش رضایت مردم کمک کنند. هدف از این تحقیق تبیین ویژگی های پلیس بر رابطه ی بین بالندگی کارکنان و رضایت مردم در واحدهای اجرایی فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می باشد.روش پژوهش : در این پژوهش با توجه به موضوع پژوهش از روش توصیفی - پیمایشی استفاده شد. بدین منظور تعداد مراجعه های روزانه مردم به یگان های اجرایی در شهر قزوین در طی یک ماه در نظر گرفته شد که حدود 900 نفر بود و با فرمول کوکران 270 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد ، همچنین از سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بالندگی کارکنان، رضایت مردم و ویژگی های پلیس استفاده شد، روایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین تایید گردید و پایایی توسط الفای کرونباخ به دست آمد.از آنجایی که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/874 شد نتیجه گرفته شد که سئوالات از پایایی کافی برخوردار است و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها آزمون معادلات ساختاری بود.یافته ها: میزان تاثیر ویژگی های پلیس بر بالندگی پلیس 0.848 شد، و میزان تاثیر بالندگی پلیس بر رضایت مردم 0.362 شد همچنین میزان تاثیر ویژگی های پلیس بر رضایت مردم 0.604 شد که در سطح 0/05 هر سه فرضیه معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری: بهبود ویژگی‌های پلیس به منظور افزایش رضایت مردم و بالندگی کارکنان امری حیاتی در هر جامعه‌ای است. در ایران نیز، با توجه به نقش حساس نیروی انتظامی در حفظ امنیت و نظم عمومی، این موضوع از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.

explaining the characteristics of the police on the relationship between the growth of employees and people's satisfaction in the executive units of the general police command of the islamic republic of iran

background and objective: to increase public satisfaction, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of employees and strengthen their positive characteristics. also, law enforcement organizations should help improve employee performance and, as a result, increase public satisfaction by creating a suitable environment. the purpose of this study is to explain the characteristics of the police on the relationship between employee development and public satisfaction in the executive units of the general police command of the islamic republic of iran.research method: in this study, a descriptive-survey method was used, considering the research topic. for this purpose, the number of daily visits of people to executive units in qazvin city was considered during a month, which was about 900 people, and 270 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random method using the cochran formula. also, three researcher-made questionnaires were used: staff development, public satisfaction, and police characteristics. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and reliability was obtained by cronbach's alpha. since the cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.874, it was concluded that the questions have sufficient reliability, and the data analysis method was structural equation testing.findings: the effect of police characteristics on police development was 0.848, and the effect of police development on public satisfaction was 0.362. also, the effect of police characteristics on public satisfaction was 0.604, which was significant at the 0.05 level for all three hypotheses.conclusion: improving police characteristics in order to increase public satisfaction and staff development is vital in any society. in iran, too, given the critical role of the police force in maintaining security and public order, this issue is of particular importance.
