الگوی چابک سازی واحدهای جرم یابی فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف: چابکی در عصر نوین یکی از مهمترین مولفه های برتری سازمان ها نسبت به یکدیگر و کسب موفقیت در دستیابی به اهداف ، اتجام وظایف و ماموریت های محوله می باشد ، در این زمینه پلیس و واحدهای تحت امر آن از جمله واحدهای جرم یابی از این موضوع مستثنی نبوده و برای انجام ماموریت های خود باید از چابکی لازم برخوردار باشند، لذا هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی چابک سازی واحدهای جرم یابی فراجا انجام شد.روش شناسی : روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه ای و از نظر نوع داده آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) می باشد. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی خبرگان پلیس‌های تخصصی درحد اشباع نظری و به تعداد20 نفر و دربخش کمی جامعۀ آماری شامل کارکنان پلیس‌های تخصصی به تعداد 95 نفر بود که با حجم نمونه برابر بود. ابزارگردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه با روش تحلیل محتوا وبا نرم افزار«مکس کیودا» و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه و نرم افزار«اس پی اس اس» و آزمون فریدمن بوده وجهت اعتبار یابی از روش تجزیه و تحلیل عاملی و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار «اسمارت پی ال اس»استفاده شد.یافته ها: الگوی فوق از 2بعد و10مولفه و64 شاخص تشکیل که بعد درون سازمانی با مولفه های:(ساختار و سازمان، منابع انسانی، فناوری، تجهیزات و امکانات، فرایندها و روش ها ) با 35 شاخص، و بعد برون سازمانی با مولفه های: (قوانین و مقررات، بودجه و اعتبارات، تعامل و همکاری، مشارکت اجتماعی،کارکردهای قضایی) با 29 شاخص، شناسایی شد.نتیجه گیری: ابعاد، مولفه‌ها وشاخص های شناسایی‌شده، شناخت مناسبی را در رابطه باچابک سای واحدهای جرم یابی فراجا ایجاد و بسترهای لازم برای نحوه بهره گیری از این ابعاد و مولفه ها و شاخص ها متناسب باقابلیت های چابکی شامل انعطاف پذبری، شایستگی،پاسخ گویی وسرعت درواحدهای جرم یابی ایجاد و محقق خواهد ساخت .

context and purpose: agility in the modern era is one of the most important components of the superiority of organizations over each other and achieving success in achieving goals, fulfilling assigned tasks and missions, in this context, the police and the units under its command, including crime detection units. they are not excluded from this issue and they must have the necessary agility to perform their missions, so the purpose of this research was to design the agility model of faraja mass detection units.methodology: the research method is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of data type. the participants in the qualitative section of specialized police experts were 20 people, and in the quantitative section of the statistical society, there were 95 specialized police employees, which was equal to the sample size. in the qualitative part, the data collection tool was through interviews with the content analysis method and the maxkuda software, and in the quantitative part, the questionnaire and the spss software and the friedman test were used to verify the validity of the factor analysis method and structural equations. it was used using smartpls software.findings: the above model consists of 2 dimensions, 10 components and 64 indicators, which includes the intra-organizational dimension with the following components: (structure and organization, human resources, technology, equipment and facilities, processes and methods) with 35 indicators, and the extra-organizational dimension with the following components: (laws and regulations, budget and credits, interaction and cooperation, social participation, judicial functions) were identified with 29 indicators.conclusion: the identified dimensions, components and indicators will create a proper knowledge in relation to the agility of the faraja mass detection units and the necessary platforms for how to use these dimensions and components and indicators in accordance with the agility capabilities, including flexibility, competence, and responsiveness. and the speed in mass detection units will be created and investigated.
